Superbe Penthouse construit en 2018 de 1000 pieds carrés situé au 4e étage avec 2 grandes chambres et 2 salles de bain, une terrasse privée sur le toit avec jacuzzi ouvert à l'année et vue sur Québec, table et barbecue, fenestration abondante et stationnement privé couvert. Quartier animé toute l'année près du Vieux-Québec avec tous les commerces à proximité: restaurants, cafés, bars, épiceries, boulangeries, etc. Propriétaires disponibles, service impeccable et excellent entretien.

Le condo et la terrasse privée offrent de belles vues et le bâtiment est très bien insonorisé. De plus, le condo a une décoration originale, des caves de 9 pieds, des comptoirs en granit, une cuisine parfaitement équipée (machine à expresso, lave-vaisselle, etc.), climatisation, Wifi, douche en céramique et bien plus encore!

Such a perfect location in a safe neighborhood! We enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in the vicinity as well as some of the specialty grocery stores. A 10 Uner ride got us anywhere we needed to go. The condo was super clean and had all the amenities one would need. Happy to have car parking spot also. So pleased with everything.

An absolutely lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood! We came for an extended friends weekend and found we had plenty of space for 4 adults. Beautiful views of the city from both inside the apartment and especially from the rooftop hot tub. The kitchen is well-supplied and with the nearby grocery store it was easy to cook breakfasts and dinner the one night we didn’t feel like venturing out (although we did enjoy the local restaurants as well). Highly recommend stopping by Café le Maison Smith down the street for a coffee.Frédéric communicated clearly and was easy to reach throughout our stay with any questions. We had a rental car with us and appreciated having on-site parking.

We arrived in a blizzard and luckily could get in early. Location was perfect, plenty of restaurants within steps of the condo. Great space in the condo, so awesome to have laundry.

This rental is wonderful and has everything you might need, from tissues and wastebaskets to kitchen supplies and even a small vacuum cleaner to keep the floor clean for longer stays. We’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and this was one of the best in terms of location, cleanliness and being well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Communication was quick and easy as was check in and check out. We didn’t use the hot tub but enjoyed the rooftop space and even got to watch a fireworks show over the river from our vantage point. Great stay all around!!

Excellent spot

Our family of four had an excellent stay here. We walked into the city each day and returned to the hot tub and a neighborhood dinner each evening. The place was clean and spacious with excellent views all around.

Old Quebec City getaway

We really enjoyed our accommodations in Limoilou. Loved the hot tub and the accommodations were perfect. Only a 20 min walk to downtown old Quebec. Place was clean and well stocked. 5 star rating!

Cozy Quebec Condo!

Our stay here was excellent! Check in was a breeze, thanks to the thorough instructions provided and the accommodations were truly top notch. The views from the apartment were expansive, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds and linens were very comfortable and the hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of exploring the city. The neighborhood itself was quiet and had lots to offer within walking distance. A great place to stay, for sure!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved our 6 night stay! The apartment was true to the photographs and well-equipped. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, and we enjoyed the views of the city from the lovely windows and terrace. It was conveniently located near a grocery store and about a 1.5 mile easy walk to Old City. Several bakeries, cafes, and restaurants to enjoy as well.
