Everything we needed, apartment was a good size and Dave was very approachable. We were able to easily walk to most places we wanted to go to. The only downside for me was the stairs to take luggage up and down but my daughter and I managed.

Dave was very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, cozy and very charming! Very close to restaurants and Old Quebec. Also very close to a river trail for walking our dog. To my delight there was a fenced in dog park at the end of the river walk. We love it here and truly appreciate the opportunity to be here in Canada. We love our Canadian neighbors!
We enjoyed a family game of monopoly after a long day of exploring the city!

A whirlwind tour

We only had a chance to stay 2 nights, but Dave was a consummate host- meeting us at the house and giving us the lay of the land. He gave some great suggestions for a walking tour that ensured we saw all the highlights of old town. We really enjoyed our stay!

This charming apartment was the perfect home base for my family’s Quebec City visit. It had everything we needed! Grocery, restaurants and cafes are just a couple blocks from the apartment and all the attractions of Old Quebec are literally a 30min walk away. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a short break

A good place to stay for a short break - handy area close to restaurants etc and easy walking distance to the old town. Would have to feel comfortable with an open plan type bathroom if a bigger group were staying. Great facilities in kitchen/and clothes wash machine etc

Great apartment and location

We travelled to Quebec with two older teens and had a terrific stay. It’s easy to walk to Old Quebec and Rue St Joseph (groceries, library, great restaurants) from the apartment. The place had everything we needed and some great bonus items (records and a record player!) Dave was informative and friendly. We’d definitely recommend!

Quick in Quebec

We had an amazing two nights in Quebec. This location was perfect for walking around the old and newer parts of the city. David was an amazing host and gave us great information. The space was perfect for the 4 of us on a short therm :) we will definitely be back!

Value pack in Quebec City

The property manager, Dave, was waiting for us when we arrived, and helped us with our bags into the apartment. All the while, around the apartment he would stop and explain things as we went: how everything worked, etc, asking about us, what we expected and he gave us ideas he had to embellish our own: restos, shopping, answering all our questions. We had one or two questions to consult him about online to which he promptly responded. Thoroughly comprehensive package and would recommend to anyone.

Dave was a wonderful host. He meet us in front of his building. He took us upstairs and explained everyting we might need to know.The apartment was clean, open and nicely decorated. Going back downstairs and out on the street, he helped us with our luggage and offered us his parking spot. Dave showed up the next morning with a gift for our anniversary. Very nice place and a very nice man. His English was as good as his French. We would highly recommend this apartment.
