This modern two-bedroom penthouse combines a 100 m² designer apartment with a 100 m² private rooftop terrace – a perfect setting for lazy breakfasts, sunset cocktails and warm Caribbean nights. Inside, a spacious living and dining area features an oversized sofa (approximately 3 m long and 1.2 m deep) and a smart TV, creating a cosy space to relax after a day at the beach.

The full kitchen is equipped like a real home, not a basic rental. You will find a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware, plus a separate plastic set for safe use on the terrace. There is also a washer and dryer, steamer and ironing board, and smart TVs in each room, so you can travel light and still have everything you need.

Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with showers and toilets, comfortable beds with hotel-quality linen and blackout curtains. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed. The second bedroom can be prepared either with two twin beds or one king-size bed – please let us know your preference before arrival. Thanks to the large sofa in the living room, there is also an additional sleeping option for one adult or two children. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests in total, with a maximum of 4 adults.

The highlight of this property is the 100 m² private rooftop terrace. It features a jacuzzi with a built-in music system and lighting, a professional Napoleon gas grill, an outdoor mini-kitchen with sink, a bar counter, an open-air dining area, a swing chair, sun loungers on artificial grass and an outdoor cold shower. It feels like having your own private beach club on the roof.

For every stay we prepare a thoughtful starter kit: drinking water in the cooler, shower gel and shampoo, disposable toothbrushes, paper towels, toilet paper, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. Mattresses are disinfected after each guest. For each person we provide a full set of towels – one bath towel, one face towel, a floor towel in each bathroom and a separate beach towel. Our cleaning team performs deep cleaning after every checkout, so each arrival feels like the first one.

During your stay we can help you organise additional services on request: extra cleaning, airport transfers, balloon and flower decoration for special occasions, curated excursions and restaurant reservations, in-apartment massage, professional make-up or photo shoots, and private painting classes with a local artist. All extra services are optional, subject to availability and can be arranged after booking.
