The Space:

BookSmart Presents: The Shell Seekers Cottage! The top level features a bright open layout that’s ideal for gathering and relaxing. The living room has vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for easy meal prep. The dining area seats your group comfortably, and the adjacent decks are perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.



This level also includes a king primary suite with an ensuite full bath and private deck access, offering a relaxing retreat after a day in the sun.



The mid level has plenty of room for everyone, with a mix of comfortable sleeping options: a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room featuring a twin bunk with a full on the bottom. There is also one full hall bathroom on this level.



On the bottom level is the access to the laundry area. Outside, enjoy your own private pool surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor seating. Fire up the grill for a poolside meal, or take a quick 10-minute walk to the beach to dip your toes in the sand. Afterward, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in the covered gazebo area.

For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
