Grand lotissement de luxe à quelques pas de la classe mondiale de ski et de VTT

Vous allez adorer rester ici. Située dans les Arrowhead Townhomes, une communauté de villégiature exclusive, privée et fermée, cette grande maison de ville luxueuse a tout ce que vous pouvez souhaiter dans une maison de vacances. Quelle que soit la saison choisie pour votre visite, il est difficile de battre ce développement et l'emplacement de cette maison de ville dans le développement. Vous serez à moins de 100 mètres de l'accès direct aux pistes de ski, du Arrow Bahn Express (télésiège 17), du restaurant Broken Arrow et du service de navette Dial a Ride. Il existe également un merveilleux restaurant, Vista, au club de golf privé de renommée mondiale, le Country Club of the Rockies, situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de notre maison. Vista est ouvert au public et propose également un pianiste exceptionnel tous les soirs. Il s'appelle Micky Poage et peut jouer tout ce que vous souhaitez.

Les clients d’hiver apprécieront le confort de cet établissement situé au pied des pistes. Dans la matinée, si un membre de votre groupe a hâte de dévaler les pentes pendant que d'autres membres de votre groupe aiment prendre leur temps? Sur cette propriété, les lève-tôt peuvent se diriger vers la porte, dévaler les pentes et revenir à la copropriété toutes les 15 minutes environ. La remontée mécanique étant si proche de la propriété, vous pouvez skier chez vous juste pour prendre une tasse de cacao ou pour modifier vos vêtements lorsque le temps change. Il n'y a aucune chance que quelqu'un se perde non plus. Dans cette communauté fermée, les enfants peuvent rentrer chez eux facilement et en toute sécurité, sans surveillance, mais c'est tellement pratique que vous les battrez certainement quand même!

La piscine chauffée et 3 bains à remous sont littéralement juste à votre porte, à seulement 20 mètres. Ne vous inquiétez pas, avec la construction de haute qualité, vous ne serez probablement pas satisfait de votre intimité et de la proximité de ces fabuleuses installations!

Avec un parking souterrain sécurisé, l'emplacement est difficile à battre! Ce lotissement est livré avec trois places de stationnement réservées dans le garage. Ces endroits sont à côté de la porte, ce qui rend vos vacances à Beaver Creek encore plus faciles.

Spacious, Clean, and Convenient for Skiing

This property exceeded expectations. The home was very clean and well maintained upon arrival, and the location is excellent with a convenient, short walk to and from skiing. The house is thoughtfully stocked, making it easy to settle in without needing much additional shopping. The layout comfortably accommodates a larger group, with plenty of space throughout. The beds are comfortable, and the extra pillows and blankets are a great addition. The showers have strong water pressure and consistent hot water, which is a big plus after a day on the slopes. Overall, a well-equipped, comfortable, and conveniently located home.

Wonderful rental home!

We had a great visit to Beaver Creek and found this rental home perfect. It’s clean, spacious with 4 bedrooms, and a 5 minute walk to the Arrowhead Lift. The owner was easy to work with and provided helpful info to make our stay enjoyable. We hope to return soon!

Great Location / Great Condo

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 plus daughter’s fiancé. The living room was perfect for our family to gather after skiing and dinners. The kitchen was great and stocked with everything we needed (which is not typical of other properties). The bedrooms were great as well.

Stunning views, crisp mountain air, great restaurants are part of this dream residence. Perfect example of inside this home- my husband was so comfortable there he was ready to move in permanently! Beautiful furnishings and all the amenities we wanted and needed were available to us away from home.

Amazing Family Vacation

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and one toddler. Marc was such a great host! He was super responsive before, during, and after the trip, and made himself available if and when we needed anything at all. The Location, house amenities and overall comfortability of Marc’s house could not have been any better!

Everything was just perfect - location location location!

4 couples stayed for 4 nights to ski. Condo was extremely clean and very well stocked with everything you might need to cook and eat in the condo. With each bedroom having its own bathroom and a half bath in addition to that it was absolutely perfect. Family room with gas fireplace, gas grill and gas fire pit were all utilized and enjoyed. Owner Marc was very responsive to any questions we had and best of all a short 3-5 min walk to the lift in Arrowhead. We will definitely stay here again!!

We're so glad to hear these guests enjoyed their stay! To clarify, the walk to the Arrowhead lift is much shorter than 3-5 minutes, but may depend on personal walking speeds. The building is directly adjacent to the lift, and Google Maps labels it as a 1-minute walk.

Great Family Accommodation

Our family group of 6 adults and 1 toddler enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms each with a bathroom provided spacious quarters and the gathering space was comfortable and roomy. Arrowhead summer weather is hard to beat so we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub, many long walks and easy hikes. Day trips in the area included creek stomping, live music concerts, playgrounds, farmers markets and the like. We had a relaxing time. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked most meals at the house. Everything was easy and as described. Thank you!

Excellent Beaver Creek Location

This condo is nicely nestled in Arrowhead Village with the community pool & hot tub right across the sidewalk from the front door, and the arrow bahn ski lift a short 3-minute walk away. The underground car park was also a huge asset for those snowy, cold mornings when we jumped into a warm car for the 20-minute drive down the highway to Vail. The condo’s two-level layout suited our group well, and the newly updated kitchen was very well thought-out and very well stocked for everything we needed to cook large meals. Marc was a very communicative host and 100% wanted us to have the best time possible. Very personal service versus those large management rental companies!

Awesome Property

This was the perfect place for our group. Our 3 adult couples each had their own bedroom/bathroom, and the 3 kids had a room for themselves that was perfect. The owner/host was great to work with. The kitchen had all very new appliances, and was well provisioned. Our family has been coming to Colorado for many years, have stayed in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Durango, and this was our favorite.

Fabulous Property. Location is excellent! Accommodations beautiful!

We wished we planned our whole vacation skiing at Beaver Creek only! This condo is just steps to the lift and even closer to a large hot tub and very warm pool! The condo itself is well equipped for cooking in and hanging out. We ended up eating in more than anticipated. They provided games and puzzles too! We felt at home! Hope to book this property again!
