Our stay here with our pup went perfectly. It’s a great location with easy access to green space and restaurants/bars. The dedicated parking space was so convenient being in the heart of the city. We could hear some street noise at night so our ear plugs & white noise were helpful during the night. We loved exploring the city on foot from the apartment. The space was very comfortable with plenty of room. We loved having two bedrooms & two baths. The host’s communication was excellent.

Pet friendly apartment. Apartment clean. Just a few small maintenance issues ( light switch cover plate missing, hole in utiNice beds, pillows, and sheets. Lots of options on the tv. Parking garage is small with lots of pillars to navigate around. Overall it is in a great location with 2 large bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms.

Parking was great and secure! The only thing is that non of the outlets or lights worked in the master bedroom on the wall with the bed. It made charging my devices rather inconvenient. But other than that everything was perfect!

The apartment was located downtown right by the university and close to many restaurants, stores, and attractions. We were able to park our car and walk to everything. My sisters and I loved the decor in this place - great vibe! The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We liked the extras like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel as well as the Keurig with pods and the available spice rack. The air conditioning was not working for us, and the host did not respond to my informing of such. The apartment remained at 73 degrees, so it was okay for our one night stay. The parking garage was difficult to find down an alleyway with no markings to show the building number. We guessed, and fortunately got it right. If you are bringing a pet, remember it is an apartment building, and you will need to walk downstairs and onto the street to walk them. There is a grass area right next door to the building, so that is convenient for your pet. Overall, a very nice place to stay, and we would recommend it for yours.

Traveling as a family with an 18 and 20 year old, this property was great for us with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and room to spread out and relax. We loved the intentional decor creating the cool city vibe. The enormous windows that fill the place with light combined with the super high ceilings gave this place a roomy upscale feel. Bathrooms and kitchen were modern and very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was ice cold when we cranked it down for sleeping. Everything worked except the outlet next to the bed in the master bedroom didn't charge my phone. We especially appreciated the space being stocked with essentials like the coffee pods (bless you for this!), shampoo conditioner and body wash, and laundry detergent. Yes we did a load of wash because the trip was last minute and one of my kids had to pack some dirty clothes! These items were so appreciated because when you are on vacation, the last thing you want to do is waste time finding a store to buy them. Check in was easy, we appreciated the free parking and having a picture of where the parking lot entrance was. The entrance was missing the security code keypad and the door was always open, but we didn't have any problems. The door was locked from the street, and we had a little hiccup with the wrong code but it was easily and quickly resolved with a call. Places to eat in walking distance and very close to Playhouse Square. Other areas were too far for us so we did drive to R&R hof, Arcade, Maude's BBQ

This was a good, one-night stay for us and our pups. It is right in the middle of town so traffic was constant throughout the night-like a motorcycle revving its engine at 2:00 A.M.- and the windows on the apartment are beautiful to let in light, but unfortunately also do not insulate against the traffic noise very well. Nothing that the host can help, but worth noting if you aren’t used to city noises. There is a small green space by the building that worked well for the dogs. The building was not as secure as it seemed and I was unable to figure out how to access the fitness center. I tried calling the host number and never received a response. The convenience of garage parking with an elevator to the second floor was nice to haul things in and out of our vehicle. The room itself was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. As mentioned, the bedside lights and outlets in the master bedroom did not work save one under the TV. Overall, it was a good stay for the price and convenient for us to walk to Progressive Field. I imagine it’s probably pretty busy during school with CSU being right across the stress, but we were there in the summer.

Good apartment in downtown cleveland lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean, the only small issue i had is i couldn’t figure out the air mattress i’m pretty sure it was broke.
