Welcome to North Pointe View, a modern mountainside retreat set on an elevated lot with a stunning natural desert backdrop. Behind the home, the landscape opens into untouched desert terrain with rugged ridge lines, creating a peaceful, private setting where you may spot quail, rabbits, owls, or other native wildlife passing through. It’s a rare chance to enjoy an authentic Arizona desert atmosphere while still being in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Inside, the home is designed around views, natural light, and easy indoor–outdoor living. The living room features striking arched glass windows that frame the desert slope behind the home like a piece of art. The kitchen includes a smart refrigerator with filtered water and a reverse osmosis system at the sink for convenience.

The primary bedroom is its own retreat, offering elevated desert views, a private front patio perfect for sunrise coffee or reading, and a spa-like bathroom with dual sinks, a steam shower, and built-in Alexa so you can play music while you get ready. Both guest bedrooms offer their own views, one overlooking the natural desert behind the home, and the other with a partial mountain glimpse through a cozy window.

The outdoor spaces are designed for soaking in Arizona’s beauty. Enjoy the front patio off the primary suite, the backyard patio facing the desert, and the rooftop deck with wide-open skies and sweeping ridge-line scenery. To make your stay comfortable, guests are welcomed with a gift on arrival, cozy robes, quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and starter essentials throughout the home.

Guests will have full access to the entire home. Any exploring of the mountain is done at guests own risk as there are cactus and wildlife to be cautious of.
