Cette villa en bord de mer mise à jour donne sur une promenade privée à travers les arbres Palmetto à l'océan Atlantique apaisante. Située au 2ème étage du complexe Captain's Walk de Palmetto Dunes, cette villa comprend 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Les mises à niveau récentes comportent de belles tuiles, un nouveau revêtement de sol stratifié, des meubles et des comptoirs de cuisine et de salle de bain en granit. Le plan d'étage ouvert permet de magnifiques vues sur l'océan de la cuisine, salle à manger et espaces de vie. La cuisine comporte des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, avec des sièges pour 8 dans la salle à manger. Le salon contient une grande télévision à écran plat et de nombreux meubles confortables, y compris un canapé-lit. Le patio est l'endroit idéal pour écouter les vagues apaisantes de l'océan.

La suite principale du roi offre une vue relaxante sur l'océan et une salle de bain priv��e, avec un comptoir en granit et une combinaison baignoire / douche. La deuxième chambre du roi a également une salle de bains avec des comptoirs en granit et une combinaison baignoire / douche. La troisième chambre contient un lit queen et un lit double. Cette chambre partage une salle de bain complète, avec une combinaison baignoire / douche, avec le couloir. Cette villa est l'endroit idéal pour créer des souvenirs sur Hilton Head Island!

Amazing getaway!

We were incredibly pleased with our stay a 412 Captains Walk! Plenty of room for our family, and everything you need in the kitchen! The view was perfection each day with a short walk to the ocean! The pool was perfect for the cooler days/nughts! We will definitely be back!

Great time and great location

It was a great time!! My family and I enjoyed it very much. The beach was beautiful and great area to be in. There was a shuttle on the island we took a couple times and super fun. If you can make a trip to River street Savannah!

Wonderful!

We spent 10 nights and had a wonderful stay. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this condo had the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had. Communication was fantastic. Will definitely try to stay at this condo again!

Easter in Hilton Head

Excellent overall. The property and condo were excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The management company is very responsive. We did have one situation. There was a significant construction project going on for two of the days while we were there. The project was very disruptive. Also, we were never notified in advance. Elevators were not and the construction blocked us from easily entering and exiting our condo.

Awesome Week!

The villa was clean and so easy for 6 adults and an infant to live in. Lots of privacy in the bedroom arrangement and the property manager was so responsive when we needed them! Perfect vacation.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was amazing had everything we needed to relax and hangout. Fully stocked kitchen of utensils and dishes and pots and pans. Would have rated a five but the pool area was under construction and wasn’t aware of it until we arrived. But overall would stay again!!!

A lot of space

Great location and easy beach access

This was definitely one of the better places we have stayed in Hilton head. I believe a few upgrades within the unit could help though. The sheets were rough and the bedding is dated. Could benefit from linens from a Home Goods or TJ Maxx. It would definitely add to the comfort of the stay and wouldn’t cost that much. Also, there were amenities such as chairs and other beach items that were not mentioned in the description and the rental company was not aware they were there either. It would’ve been helpful to know that there were beach chairs and umbrella to save on bringing them. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in this unit and would rent again.

Great Palmetto Dunes location

Oceanfront location closer to beach than most. Condo was an end unit so was quiet. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group. Bathrooms have been remodeled recently and were nice. Only slight negative was there was no cabinet space for food and no pantry, but we made it work.

Great stay in the beach at Hilton Head

Property was spacious and accommodated our group of 8 well, having three bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking and serving equipment. The location was perfect, just off the boardwalk to the beach and next to the pool, beautiful view. We rented bikes and enjoyed walking on the many trail . Many shops and restaurants are an easy bike ride away. The only critique I would give was that the living room furniture was a bit shabby, not dirty per se, but just the look you see when it’s been used for years. We did need the sofa bed, and it didn’t seem as clean as we might have liked it to be when we opened it, but we just vacuumed and washed the mattress pad and it was fine. It didn’t detract from our stay, but definitely had a used appearance. Likewise, the bathtub faucets and drains had seen better days, but the bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and travel sized soap, shampoo and lotion. Overall, I would return and the rental company provided lots of support!
