Cette villa de plage est l'une des 30 villas dans un complexe en bord de mer, avec une cour vaste et attrayante avec piscine, piscine pour bébés et douche extérieure pour les clients seulement. Cette très grande villa en duplex comprend 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains complètes, une grande cuisine et un coin repas avec un plafond cathédrale. Toutes les salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées pour 2019. Les deux espaces de vie, ainsi que la cuisine, salle à manger, terrasse et balcon ont d'excellentes vues.
Deux chambres principales sont situées à l'étage supérieur et chacune dispose d'un lit king-size et salle de bain privée avec douche - une baignoire a également une baignoire. La troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux est située au niveau inférieur de la salle familiale. Une baignoire au niveau d'entrée dessert cette chambre. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis sauf pour les serviettes de plage. Ne pas fumer et pas d'animaux sont strictement appliquées.

Buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse est situé au niveau d'entrée. La salle familiale est un deuxième lieu de rassemblement pour regarder la télévision ou jouer à des jeux. Les portes coulissantes en verre mènent à votre propre patio privé avec chaises, table et barbecue, ainsi qu'à un parc aux allures de parc comprenant deux piscines (adulte et enfant) avec une grande terrasse bien exposée et des chaises longues. Juste au-delà du jardin est un accès privé aux célèbres plages de sable de Hilton Head Island. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est incluse.
Les pistes cyclables abondent dans la région et se connectent facilement à Coligny Plaza, Harbour Town, Shelter Cove et South Beach, etc. De nombreuses locations de vélos disponibles à distance de marche et des locations de plage sont également disponibles. Notre complexe de villas est maintenant une communauté fermée et vous donne et / ou la famille la sécurité d'une grande villa de vacances.

Perfect for our family of five. Great for multi generational families. The view of pool is so relaxing especially at night. The boardwalk with transition to the beach made it easy for our senior of the family. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife as well. This worked out so well for us we booked another day!

Overall it was a nice place, the bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The towels provided were on the thin side for comfort. All paper products were provided with a well stock cabinets of pllates, glasses, utensils and cooking pans Laundry & dishwater detergent were also provided. Our adult children enjoyed the pool . The manger was quick to answer our emails prior to arriving on dinner recommendations Our only real complaint was how to get to the board walk, it was through a swampy grass area and the mosquitoes swarm you when cleaning your feet off in the shower area , but that’s the grounds department.

Beautiful peaceful property close to restaurants and shopping. Family friendly gated community. Well stocked kitchen, books, and for the beach: chairs (4), umbrella, body boards, nets, cooler. Only TVs are in the living areas. Plenty of patio and balcony seating. Would recommend and will stay again! Thank you!

Great stay in Hilton Head

We had a very comfortable stay. A nice gated community with an updated pool. Ocean front with a small field (for soccer or football) between the pool and ocean. Very quiet and calm community. Inside so comfortable. Three floors with a walkout basement. Spacious. Accomodates six with two king rooms and a room with two twins and 7-8 with a pullout couch.

We had such a wonderful stay. The two separate dens was convenient for monitoring incoming Hurricane Milton while also entertaining a 5 year old. The boardwalk is a short walk to the beach. We were within walking distance of Coligny Plaza and a short drive to other favorites restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to return as well!

Second visit to this property at South Forest Beach. Beautiful modern clean condo with beach access. We were surprised the pool had a complete makeover since our last visit and it is much larger and relaxing! Can’t wait for our next visit.

Great location for family fun

Lovely!

We loved this place. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here; the location is perfcet for pool time, beach time and just a quick trip on bikes to Coligny. It's a quiet area too with a nice area to play football or throw a frisbee around. Easy check-in and check-out.

Family weekend in HHI

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was exactly as described, and was truthfully even better in person. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, too! Looking forward to a return visit!

Family fun

We started a multi-family vacation tradition a few years ago and this one by far has met our needs best. With multi levels and living areas it gave us all the privacy/own spaces as well as areas big enough for the 7 of us to also gather together comfortably. Literally steps from the pool or the beach and a short walk or bike ride to Coligny plaza with shops/restaurants and ice cream!!The owner was polite and quick to answer questions, he also made the check in process easy. Will definitely stay here again!!
