Minutes from world class skiing, mountain biking and an amazing golf course, Golden is a Mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and we provide secure storage for your outdoor gear.

Habart Retreat is your spacious sunny home away from home that we are delighted to share with you and your group. The spacious open-concept living space is complemented by a large family room complete with TV, XBOX, DVD player and enough DVDs and games to keep most teens occupied.
the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are spread over 2 floors providing privacy for all.
Outside you can enjoy the expansive grounds, including a fenced area for dogs, fire pit and mountain views from every corner.

Guests have access to the whole property with the exception of a locked area in the basement and the garage.

I don`t live on the property but am close by. I am available to you via the airbnb app.

Golden is located on the Columbia Wetlands, as such mosquitoes can be an issue in the summer months. We recommend bring appropriate mosquito protection with you (deet, spray, Thermocell devices, mosquito coils etc).

We do provide secure storage for all your outdoor gear.
Please do not bring outdoor sports equipment inside. Please store in the gear shed to the right of the garage.

No unregistered guests allowed to stay overnight.

Do not leave garbage or food outdoors. Bears do pass through the property on occasion.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere inside or near doorways. Dispose of all butts responsibly.

If having an outdoor fire, do not leave unattended while burning. Please fully extinguish it afterwards.
