Condominium 1 chambre délicieusement pittoresque au coeur du village de Lionshead. Facile, à quelques pas des pistes, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne. Les installations comprennent une kitchenette (avec un demi-réfrigérateur et four à convection), un foyer au gaz, un balcon, une barre stéréo Bluetooth, un parking couvert commun, une laveuse et une sécheuse, une piscine d'été et des bains à remous ouverts toute l'année.

Ce complexe historique unique a été récemment rafraîchi avec des améliorations de la zone commune à la peinture et aux garde-corps. Pour son argent, c'est l'une des meilleures valeurs de la vallée de Vail!

This is the second time I have stayed in this unit. Incredibly convenient, very comfortable, easy access, responsive onsite property management, lovely hot tubs, easy parking, well-equipped kitchen. There's nothing not to love. I'll be back.

The perfect getaway spot! I had a work conference about 10 min walk away, however this was a closer walk to the gondola. Would absolutely stay again!

Comfort & Convenience

Very convenient location with a short 5-6 minute walk to gondola. Compared to other places this was a very good value and we enjoyed our week of skiing. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. We even walked back from vail village after dinner one evening. We would definitely stay here again. The free parking was an added bonus compared to other places as well.

Near Slopeside Vail

Just a short walk across a parking lot and Lionshead village to the Gondola. Condo was very clean and well furnished. Even came with covered parking. Property manager was friendly, communicative, and really helpful. We enjoyed it very much.

4 Days in Vail

I have stayed in Vail many times. Grest location for the price. Short 2-3 min walk to Lionshead gondola or lift. Property is exactly as described and pics are spot on. Plenty of cooking gear, and always nice to have a humidifier for those of us not used to the drier air.

It's a 10 point straight shot!

The property was clean, well managed, professionally organized, and stocked with anything/everything I needed. The best part was that it was a short, straight shot from the condo, through Lionshead, to the lifts! And you could rent, shop, and eat along the way! It was a great venue and I plan to come back.

Property is in a good location although there is highway noise with windows open. It is also very clean. If you are looking for an old and dated mountain look, this works. Otherwise it needs a complete update.

The Vantage Condo

Great location for hockey camp at Dobson. You do get significant highway noise from the frontage road and I70 in the summer with the windows open. There are restaurants and a really nice grocery store within walking distance, as well as access to the bike path/trail that goes along the river.

Very nice and clean. Affordable, compared with other Vail options. Great location. Only issue was the shower did not drain well. Be aware there is no A/C so windows and doors must be open to remain cool, and I-70 is very close if you're sensitive to traffic noise. Overall a very good experience with no regrets and I would stay here again, as well as recommend to others.

The condo was clean, warm and ready for our arrival. My wife was very pleased with how well equipped the kitchenette was, the storage space in room was also great, location the best, everything worked. The building managers Dawn and Moe on top of everything. In short, the experience we had with the property, the management company Berkshire, the town, was unique and positive. We will look for it again!

The property had a good location but I had a problem with the TV and the gas grill. The grill was a real problem causing a change in plans for the evening and the next day fixing of the grill was not done correctly making our meal a second night a problem.

Unfortunately, it needed a replacement part that was not available and so it took a few days to repair. We do hope we have the opportunity of hosting you again in the future.

5 min walk to gondola.

The condo is directly across the street from the public(-paid) lionshead parking. The condo has everything you need and was the perfect size for the 2 of us. You could put a 3rd on the couch but it’s tight. Even though there is only a 1/2 size fridge there is a full set of kitchen ware, dishes, pots n pans, etc. even a outdoor grill on the deck. Super clean! Everyone was really friendly and helped with anything we needed. I’d recommend this place!

Small, but cute and clean

Very clean, well equipped kitchen, new carpet, comfy sofa and chair. The property is so close to the highway, we couldn’t leave the window or slider open at night to cool the condo because of the noise. Wouldn’t be an issue during ski season. Suggestions to make it even better: -screen door on the slider so it can be opened in the evening to help with cooling -seating for the balcony -more hangers. There were only 10 provided for 2 people staying 7 days
