This elegant Wellen Park Golf & Country Club condo boasts a contemporary design and amenities for guests staying 30 days or more to enjoy. There is a pool on site for use by all guest staying, please read full listing for details. The inviting retreat has been decorated to create a familiar feeling of home, with ample natural light warming the space during the day through the large windows and balcony doors.
The open space living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, charming dining area, and a relaxing living room full of exciting amenities to entertain you for hours.
When it's time to rest and unwind, retreat to one of the three comfortable bedrooms, morning sun visit in your master bedroom to give full energy for whole day

Golf enthusiasts staying 30days or more can enjoy exclusive access to the championship course with a unlimited golf package for just $250 (carts fees not included) during their stay which includes all the amenities in season (Nov-April)
For those looking to just take advantage of the community's resort-style amenities during season an additional $150 grants access to the resort pool, fitness centers, and more to guest who are staying 30 days or more. Also booking should be in 3 weeks advance to process the passes
