The Space:

This stunning home in Lincoln City is waiting for you to set out on your next beach getaway. Sit on the front porch, or the upper deck, and enjoy beautiful views of the town and nearby ocean. Inside, the atmosphere is peaceful and airy. The hues of blue throughout the home mimic that of the blue ocean beyond. And the shiplap walls tie together the subtle beach theme of the house. In the living room, kick back on the sofa and relax after a full day spent exploring the town and visiting the beach. When you’re not out enjoying all the local dining Lincoln City has to offer, take advantage of the spacious full kitchen to prepare your meals. This home also has an additional family room, complete with a TV, sofa and loveseat, making it the perfect place for a movie night. A washer/dryer is also available for your convenience. You can see and hear the ocean from both the front porch and top deck, and you'll find lovely forest trails accessible right from the back deck!

This is our fourth time staying at this home absolutely beautiful with great access to Nelscott Beach and shopping.

Kitchen was lacking in bowls, pans and utensils needed to do much cooking. Need to bring tinfoil, baggies or plastic wrap, there weren't any.

Everything was as described and such a beautiful house. The couches and beds were comfortable and each room having its own bathroom was perfect! We will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful home in Lincoln City

We loved this home!! Clean, comfortable, well appointed with the comforts and amenities of home. We loved that each bed room had its own on-suite bathroom. Lots of gathering space upstairs and downstairs. It was perfect for 3 couples.

The house doesnt seem as nice as usual. Boards are missing from the tub downstairs, hardly anything in the kitchen to cook with, no sponge for washing dishes, kitchen was dirty (and dishes in the cabinet), no sitting furniture on the top deck. Quinn was amazing for letting us reschedule, I really appreciate the great customer service.

We felt the description was a bit deceiving as it was not as close to the beach as expected (not walkable for us with two small kids) and the parking situation was definitely less space than what was listed. The house itself was pretty clean and nicely spaced. They did ask us to remove shoes when in the home but quickly discovered the floors were very dirty and our feet/socks were immediately black.. We loved having bathrooms in each room but when I reached out before arriving the company couldn’t give me specifics on the property. I contacted and asking about showers (we had kids with us and were hoping for a detached shower head since it’s said it was only showers) but upon arriving discovered there was actual tubs. Obviously nice surprise but the listing was incorrect. We also felt like the house was not very well stocked when it came to dishes and had to make some adjustments. It was great being so close to town but the neighborhood itself was not super easy to navigate as it was very hilly and others were not mindful of stop signs and construction around - we were almost hit several times with people flying through those very narrow streets.

We will update the listing to more accurately reflect walking distance to the beach, parking availability, and the bathroom fixtures, and we’ll review our dish inventory so kitchens are better stocked. We’ll also schedule a deep clean of the floors and add clearer neighborhood notes about the hilly streets and local traffic to help families plan their arrival and outings. Truly liveable home, lovely neighborhood

Stayed with my handicapped mother and while it is not wheelchair accessible, there is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor which was nice. Loved being able to walk in the woods behind the house, gorgeous!!! Fully equipped kitchen and well designed home in a nice neighborhood, can walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

So much fun!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (4 and 2) and my brother. We had a blast. You’re not right on the ocean but you do have views from the upstairs balcony. The home is fully stocked so we could make meals. The neighborhood is super quiet and relaxing. The ‘Karen’ across the street was actually super friendly - but we were also really careful to follow the parking rules after reading previous reviews. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s awesome that each bedroom is a suite so everyone has their own bathroom. I’d definitely stay here again!
