The Space:

Wake up every single day to the soothing sound of the crashing waves and leave all of your worries behind at this two-story, dog-friendly home! The main living space can be found on the first level of the home, whereas the three bedrooms are all located upstairs to provide more privacy. The living room offers panoramic views of the ocean and all the comfortable furniture to spend a relaxing time watching the waves crashing into the distance. Snuggle up on the sofa, turn on the flatscreen Smart TV, and catch up on your favorite series while the gas fireplace warms up the space in the blink of an eye.



The kitchen/dining area also offers incredible water views and if you'd like to take a closer look, you might as well use the telescope available. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a convenient breakfast table that seats three people, perfect for quick meals on the go, but for a more formal setting, the dining table can seat up to six people. This level also features a half bathroom near the main entrance.



The three bedrooms available can be found upstairs along with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own oceanfront balcony, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and ensuite full bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms also have a flatscreen TV, and the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.



What's nearby:

You'll enjoy a prime oceanfront location and less than a mile away from the public beach access. The heart of Lincoln City is mere blocks away, offering great restaurants, Lincoln City Outlets, Agnes Creek Open Space, Agnes Creek Trailhead, and so much more! Devil's Lake (two and a half miles) offers fishing, canoeing, windsurfing, and jet skis (rentals available), or take a surfing lesson on the beach at Safari Town Surf.

This is a lovely house right above the beach! We enjoyed views of the ocean from downstairs and upstairs, and were very pleased with how clean and comfortable the house was.

Not only was the house clean, it was perfect for us! The view was absolutely incredible. We did lose a dark blue water bottle, but other than that it was the perfect vacation!

This house in Lincoln beach was perfect. There was plenty of room for up to 6 adults, (we had 5), the view of the ocean is great. It’s quiet, and a close drive to restaurants and shopping at the outlets. It’s a short 2min drive to park at the beach access, you could also walk it, but the road back is a pretty steep hill. I would definitely stay here again.

Beachin Birthday Getaway

Truly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend! Everything was precisely as depicted in the photos, and well worth the rental price.We ran into one tiny pickle with the door code, but had a resolution from customer care in less than 5 minutes! The driveway is VERY steep but the garage was available for parking, so nothing to complain about — just noteworthy to understand if mobility issues are a concern.

Central location

Loved the location but wish the main floor had better views of the ocean. The upstairs views were amazing. The house could use a little bit of deep cleaning and maintenance but we really enjoyed our stay there! The driveway is very steep!!

Beautiful views

The home was great. The views fantastic. The house was clean. Beds were very soft so a bit uncomfortable for a bad back. The driveway is sloped and hard to navigate for elderly relatives.

We enjoyed our stay here. The deck was perfect for whale watching, and the house was comfortable. There's open space access directly across the street. For easier, flat hiking, drive/walk to the Bard trailhead. Beach access is close, with easy walks over a mile in either direction. The driveway is very steep, as others have noted, and the roads to the beach are hilly. Our only complaint is that the house needs a ceiling fan. The smoke detector went off during cooking, even with the vent on. Only one downstairs window opens, so a door must be opened for airflow—something to consider if you're traveling with kids or dogs.

A please to remember.

Walked in the door to a stunning view of the beautiful Central Oregon Coast. The house is amazing, well equipped and comfortable all around. On our last day we were graced to a gorgeous deer [doe] in our backyard while we ate breakfast and enjoy the sunny morning. Well worth the trip for sure.

House was very nice and had beautiful ocean view. Driveway very steep. Clean except stains on pillowcase. Would stay again except for driveway. Recommend highly but for younger renters.

Beautiful

Was an amazing view saw deer in the backyard spotted Wales from the windows waking up with a view like that is undescribable it was absolutely gorgeous. I do wish checkout was a little later cause we didn't check in till so late an staying out on the beach an staying up late it's hard to get it all together that early but other then that was the most wonderful trip for my family we wished we never had to leave!!

Private peaceful location

We found the house to be comfortable and cozy for us, our friends and pets. The large picture window was wonderful to observe sea life and the beautiful waves. Our friends are older and found the driveway to be intimidating because it is very steep but we solved that by letting them park in the garage and come with us when we all went out. The house does not have beach access but a short walk down the hill takes you to a small public beach access point with a handful of parking spots. We would definitely stay here again.
