Boasting nautical decor throughout, this colorful and inviting vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen brimming with accessories and appliances to make cooking your favorite recipes a breeze! Enjoy meals and family game nights together in the adjacent dining room with a table for six. Take in the spectacular view from the sunlit living area with a large sectional sofa, vaulted ceiling, flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, and a wall of windows overlooking the yard and the bay. You'll also find a quiet, furnished reading area at the top of the stairs with an additional TV - a perfect spot for the kids to sneak off to. Outside, relax on your furnished deck, fire up the gas grill, or take a soothing soak in your private hot tub. And when it's time to call it a night, this home offers four cozy bedrooms on the second-floor including a kid-friendly bunk room.

Located on Siletz Bay, you can easily reach the sand for sunrise walks or hop in the car to visit some of the area's popular beaches including access at the end of SW 51st by Mo's Restaurant, just a mile-and-a-half away, as well as the oft-overlooked Gleneden Beach, four miles south. Downtown Lincoln City offers countless antique stores, unique shops, groceries, restaurants, and a terrific casino at the north end of town. And just 13 miles east, head out on Drift Creek Falls Trail, a popular hike with a gorgeous waterfall and suspension bridge.

Home away from home

This house was such a great rental for our family. The kitchen was well equipped, and we loved being able to have a big family dinner together in the dining room. We look forward to staying here again!

Best Vacation Spot

Super clean. Had all the kitchen amenities you could ever want. Easy to settle in and get comfortable. Gorgeous spot and friendly community. I would book here again in a second!

The location and house was awesome. There are some updates a needed for the oven and vent hood. Other then that it was a great stay. We will be coming back.

Very Nice Stay :)

One advice is get a new hot tub cover that is not water logged. It’s heavy & a hassle :( Lastly, put in a electric fire place for more feeling of warmth in the living room with the kick ass view :)

The home was private location with a beautiful view of the Bay. The location was close to local attractions. The home's kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There were several games to play and sand toys in the garage. The deck and the fire pit is where we spent most of our time. We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the home. The hot tub was in a private location of the yard. There were towels to use for the hot tub. We would definitely go back and stay at this home again. The wind was a constant during our stay. There is a big tree next to the deck and it blocked the wind allowing us to enjoy the outdoor deck.

House was very nice. Good location. Clean.However, the refrigerator in kitchen was not working when we arrived. We notified management, they replied thank you for notifying us have a good stay. No one came out?? We noticed in the comments log in rental that the refrigerator had gone out weeks before we arrived. Not sure why problem wasn’t resolved before we got there. It was very inconvenient to use refrigerator in garage.

Weekend Get away from Rush n gush

Location was excellent, we enjoyed our star at this beautiful property. Well kept in terms of decor and maintenance. Hats off to owners for having everything we needed for our stay. Housekeeping was very poor - we found cake piece left over from previous stay underneath the dining table. Dust on all the furnitures and utensils were filthy dirty had to wash everything we wanted to use 
 We understand shortage of employees these days so thankful for accommodating us during this busy season.

High potential but poorly maintained

Great location, great layout, basic amenities worked fine. The opportunities to make this an excellent option are list due to lack of mainland oversight. Hot tub didn’t work and it was apparent it had not for awhile. Same with fireplace and barbecue. Not sure how long the deck lights quit, but this made use of that area questionably dangerous after dark. So much potential, what a shame. Seems to be a Vacasa theme in my experience.

Overall super great!

Our whole family really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, there were extra towels provided for showers and hot tub, and we had plenty of space for 3 couples and 2 kids. And when something wasn’t quite right, the property manager called us in advance to let us know. Great communication! Our only (and small) critique was that the hot tub chemicals needed balancing and there was some mold/mildew in on the super-high/hard to reach ceiling in the upstairs bathroom. Nevertheless, we’ll be back again. Thank you!

Lack of chk out instructions. Quite a search to locate outside garbage receptical. Lights burnt out, couldnt find replacement bulb. There was NO description showing no beach access.

Nice property with a beautiful view.

A group of us gals enjoyed a few days at this property . We loved the view, and found it clean, with everything we needed but heat. The heat did not work, and it is quite cold in the mornings. We reported the lack of heat and someone came out. Nick could not get the heat to work either. After making a call, he discovered that the heat was broken and there had been a work order placed (a month ago) that hadn't been taken care of. The lack of heat was disappointing and we spend a few hours each morning trying to keep warm. Other than no heat, we enjoyed our stay. Sue, Salem, Oregon
