The Space:

Enjoy oceanfront access and amazing views when you stay at this classic Pacific City vacation rental! With wide windows that frame an ocean view, this clean and comfortable home has been thoughtfully designed to be a picture-perfect Oregon Coast retreat.



The living area is open and spacious, with an old-fashioned wood stove to keep you warm and cozy even on rainy winter nights. There's a big-screen TV with cable for entertainment and the home has freeWiFi for when you want to plug-in.



Just around the corner from the living area is the open kitchen and dining area, an ideal spot to socialize while you cook up a fresh seafood feast from the local market. All of these common spaces (living, dining, and kitchen) are located up on the top floor, making the most of the home's lovely ocean views.



This spacious retreat has four bedrooms and four full baths, making it incredibly comfortable to share with a group of up to eight guests - and your dogs, for a small nightly fee. The master bedroom has a king bed, comfortable sitting area, its own flatscreen TV, and a private bath with his-and-her sinks and a gorgeous standalone shower. The remaining three bedrooms each have comfortable queen beds, and a lower-level den has another TV and a wet bar with a fridge, sink, and microwave - it's the perfect spot for the kids to hang out and watch movies while the adults relax by the fireplace upstairs.



When the weather's nice, the home's expansive second-story deck offers an excellent area to relax with a bottle of wine and take in the views. There's also a gas grill provided for summer barbecues. When you want to get even closer to the beach, simply head down the stairs to a trail leading to the sand!



Pacific City offers great hiking and biking areas as well as beautiful beaches galore. Explore famous Haystack Rock, go whale watching or take a surf lesson. There's a wealth of local dining and shopping options in the area as well.

The house is in a great location and beach access. Amazing view! Huge kitchen and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole group. We had a couple housekeeping items we reached out for and they had the cleaning crew out that day and all was addressed. The communication was great abd response time was appreciated. We would stay again.

The location and the house layout were great, especially. for a family with 2 young children. The communication with the rental company was excellent and any questions we had were answers promptly. I understand the wear and tear and appreciate the hosts allowing dogs. I would make a couple of suggestions... repairing windows so more of them open to get some fresh air w/b nice and just picking up trash around the property... i.e. under the deck and around the garbage cans . Also, cleaning the windows that face the ocean so the view could be enjoyed more. I wouldn't call this luxury for the price but we had a nice stay.

The view and proximity to the beach was amazing!! The check in and out process was so easy. The host was very quick to respond. I loved that we could bring our dogs on vacation! The house was fairly clean in the most important places (bed, bathrooms). However, the house could definitely use a deep clean. The walls were pretty dirty as well as stains on the carpet downstairs. The property could benefit from having no carpet due to being pet friendly. Overall we had a great time on our family vacation.

Excellent location. The views are stunning and access to the beach is great. The upstairs is spacious and the 2 upstairs bedrooms are nice. The kitchen is great as well, with lots of room and counter space. I would give the upstairs almost 3-4 stars and the downstairs 2 stars. The downstairs bedrooms were musty, dark and cold. We got the heat to work for the downstairs finally, but it still was dim and musty. Pet stains and odors on carpets and furniture throughout the house.

This was by far the best house on this beach. Almost every other home had very strap or no Beach access, yet we had an easy trail right to the water. The views from the kitchen, deck, and dining area were unmatched! The house is a little worn, but very clean and we will do it again for the location location location!

We liked the house and the Pacific City Area

The house was just as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay. The beach access is a big plus, as well as proximity to Bob Straub State Park, just down the street. We hope to stay there again.

The perfect place for a few families to hang
