The full, well-equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare your favorite recipes, while the furnished deck, complete with a gas grill, offers additional options for both cooking and dining. Inside, the living area is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beach, and there's also a sunroom with a small bistro table for two if you want to sneak away for morning coffee or a two-player game.



What's nearby:

Walk right out to the beach from this home for romantic walks, beachcombing, or fun in the sun, sand, and surf. Walk a mile north to explore the sandstone cliffs of the Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area. Grab a beer at the oceanfront Pelican Brewing, also a mile away, go horseback riding through Green Acres Beach & Trail Rides, just a half-mile south, or head across the river to find a selection of restaurants, markets, and recreational outfitters.

Had a minor issue with some cleaning issues but they were quick to send someone out. Communication was excellent. The house was amazing, great location, I would definitely stay again with my family, highly recommend this house.

Family gathering at the beach

Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and have quiet time or come together in the spacious living room/kitchen area. Location was perfect, with georgous views, sunsets, and walkable to local spots. Hosts were very responsive with a small issue after checking in. Would definitely come back to stay!

The location was perfect with the beach right across the street! House was good only issues were the bbq didn't work and coffee maker had a broken glass carafe.

Pacific city stay

Overall it’s a great place, does have a lot of stairs over 3 flights. Could use a good deap clean and updating of a few items (chairs, glass window screens). But is a great home for a big family vacation right next to the beach.

Wonderful Stay

The location was great!! The weather wonderful and the house was perfect for so many of us (12)! Gave everyone a space to be together or on their own. The closeness to the beach was a real gift. Everyone could enjoy the beach.

Excellent family home

Loads of games and toys for all ages. A crib room. Not a good idea for elderly who have trouble with stairs. Well supplied kitchen , fabulous view in all directions. Enjoyed our stay.

Great for family get together

Great location walking distance to the cape and brewery. Large enough for our extended family. Living area on top floor so several of our family members were grateful for the landings every 6 steps or so to take a break. Great view through dirty windows. Lots of beds, but time for new mattresses.

Great family home

We enjoyed our stay. The home worked well for the most part for our needs. Great access to the beautiful beach. Crib not suitable for babies. Crumbs in drawers, fridge, wet dishes and disorganized but we cleaned up and enjoyed cooking. Beds were good. Could use some updating/repairs overall. Couldn’t use the deck broken furniture.

Beautiful Property with Amazing View

Absolutely easy check in. House was very clean. Several decks to sit on and watch sunsets and the ocean from. Beach access is across street. This is a gated neighborhood as well so you really feel very secure. We are already talking about a return trip. If you are debating about staying here don't worry it is great and the description is very accurate.

Beach Views and Beach Walks

Property was as described with beautiful ocean views from the main living area and easy Beach access to a beautiful beach. Tidepools, surfing, shells and rocks. Half hour drive north or south to Tillamook or Lincoln City - great day trips. Lots of space for 10 people in our group. Big kitchen, living room and dining table. Outdoor shower - heated! Perfect for rinsing off the sandy feet. Quick response from property management - a really lovely stay!

Beautiful location and pleasant house

This house is in a remarkable location. We had a few perfectly clear sunsets we could enjoy simply standing on the balcony. The beach is also just about 25 years away. There were 12 of us and had plenty of space and we had a really wonderful time. That said, I will always try to avoid staying in Vacasa managed homes. It was a great deal for the price but I'm not sure I'd choose to go back. I wouldn't describe it as clean or cozy but great for a long weekend on the coast.

Functional, comfortable, could use some updating

Good size house for our group of 8. The house was clean except for the main master bedroom window which was supposed to have a view of the ocean, but it was so dirty you couldn’t see anything out of it. There were a lot of windows in the house, but not many that opened up, and the ones that did open, only opened a little bit upwards. The kitchen was a decent size and pretty basic; It had most of the appliances we needed. Good location just across the street from the beach and very close to all the restaurants and shops.

DOG HAIR EVERYWHERE!!

Great location & view BUT it was not clean, there was dog hair everywhere! The place couldn’t have been deep cleaned in a long time, there was dog hair in the sheets, on the towels, stairs.. everywhere! We had to rewash sheets & towels, plus we vacuumed & it picked up a lot of hair! Told property management & they never resolved it, we do not recommend staying here.

The house was great but awful communication

The place was absolutely gorgeous and the layout was nice for our group. We had some issues with the house and messages went unanswered. I tried emailing, texting and even waited on hold for over 2 hours at one point with zero help. Very disappointed.

Beach wedding

Location near the beach was excellent. House overall was good. We had four basic areas of concern: 1) Stained and worn carpeting created the feeling the house was not clean 2) Windows appeared to have not been cleaned in a very long time which hampered the view of the ocean 3) the digital front door lock was not fully functional. We were able to enter the building using the digital code but could not lock the house using a code. The device was so unserviceable that we had great difficulty even locking it using a key. 4) Two parking spaces, with no garage parking, was not adequate for a house of this size. We were a group of adults attending a wedding. The home would be adequate for a large family with 1 or 2 vehicles visiting the beach.

The view from the uppermost floor toward the ocean was amazing! Overall, we did have a very pleasant stay. Throughout our two weeks stay (9 people), we had difficulty with the front door locking mechanism. House stays longer than one week should be restocked with paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Based on a previous review, we had requested the outdoor grill be repaired. We were informed that it would be in working order. We immediately found out that NOTHING related to the grill had been addressed. The property manager was contacted immediately, and she provided a brand new, small tabletop grill with propane cannisters the following day. While this was better than nothing, we ended up eating out more than originally anticipated. The upper deck has a hole which is covered by a thin piece of plywood. Most of the outdoor lights do come on. There is no “bottom” in the high-backed chair at the dining room table and the sectional sofa is worn out. The sectional sofa sits WAY too low to the floor for adults. The TV on the second level did not work at all, and the TV on the upper level needs a local channel guide and instructions on use. Additional items: Clean the wall heating units thoroughly. The sink drain in the master suite is plugged. The wall outlet in that bathroom quit working. The first-floor bathroom has a toilet tank leak, and the wall heater does not work. The refrigerator/freezer water dispenser does not work. The door shelving is missing in th
