We’re going back next year! Perfect house for our big group.

Great location, near a sweet little beach that is perfect for little kids. Nice, secure deck,, also great for littles. Plenty of room to stretch out and not be on each others way. If you need a quiet moment, try ere is a place for that in this house. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the big, well equipped kitchen.

Great location but some carpets and furniture was in poor condition. Somethings in the kitchen dishes were not clean and outside grill could be updated.

This was great!!

This is a wonderful home! Living room, kitchen, patio and entertainment areas were spacious and comfortable. Great location, just a short walk to get to the beach. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing!! A few cons where admins could improve might be the bedroom settings as it required some re-arrangement with the beds to fit guests in the rooms. Also, there weren't enough trash bags, which was a bit unfortunate. Overall, we had a great time in this home!

Great space, few glitches

We loved the house and the space it provided. We found Cheetos on the couch when we checked in. Some broken patio furniture that could have been removed since there was plenty that were good. The worst was no internet and no one came to fix it even after communicating multiple times to the management. Not enough toiletries for 19 people for 4 days. Had to buy toilet paper,dishwasher soap, laundry soap. Loved the amount of blankets and bedding! Loved the patio and hot tub!

Pleasant 2 major complications

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately a few things that should have been addressed in previous reviews were also a problem for us. We messaged ahead of time to be sure the hot tub was going to be in working order before we got there they assured us it would be. However When we got there the hot-tub was cold so we turned it on and it took hours for it to even warm up a few degrees then my brothers used chatGPT and the manufacturer instructions to figure out how to get it to heat quicker. So after wasting our vacation time on getting it warmed up if finally was hot and ready for our use at midnight. Then the next day after our big group used the hot-tub it started to look green. I checked the chemical levels just to find there were non in there. So then we wasted a few more hours adding sanitizer and then the next day they got a hold of me to send over a hot tub guy. The hottub guy said he hadn’t been there in months so who was putting chemicals in and balancing the hottub during that time? Idk. the other was the indoor fireplace wouldn’t started as well so good luck with that. These should have written detailed instruction next to but don’t. instead we were left to figure it out ourselves.We loved everything else and might hook again if those things are sorted out next time before we come. We love the location the house is great for big groups had everything we needed, lots of space to spread out it was clean. Loved that it’s close to tide pools too.

Wonderful potential in this house, but....

The house has a lot potential. But clearly, there has been no attention to detailed upkeep. It is listed for 22 people-but actually would not be comfortable for more than about 15. We had 13 & was great.Positives & Negatives:Great gathering rooms and spaces!The hot tub was awesome! (and plenty of swim towels)Plenty of plates, silverware, cooking pots, etc. The listing said that the pantry was well stocked. It wasn't. There were almost NO staples for cooking.Beds & pillows comfortable.Upper level TV great! No fireplace instructions.Some doors don't close properly and a screen door window broken out).Some blinds not working properly and none at all on one of the bedroom doors!Some lighting issues with bulbs, switches, and labels. The 2 side chairs in the main living room have springs that are "sprung". Area rugs can be a danger for tripping.The DISHWASHER doesn't work at all! It was easier to do the dishes by hand which was a real disappointment and time frustration. The Game Room has a nice foosball table which was a lot of fun, but the pool table has only 1 cue stick! The air hockey game is tiny and only for little kids but had no puck! The toddler play area was NOT enticing at all-broken parts, naked dolls, only parts & pieces. The shower on the main floor is nice but very slippery and dangerous and needs shower head upgrades. Not enough bath towels (used hot tub towels). Some of the kitchen drawers/cupboards were in need of repair and cleaning.

I have returned from our trip and would like to submit feedback about the property. With this feedback, I feel that a reasonable accommodation would be at least a one night refund for our stay. I would like to say the property would be AMAZING, if things were repaired and in working order. My group, who has been traveling and staying in vacasa and other rental properties over the past 15 years together, agree that this would have been one of our best stays if key items to our stay were working. The hot tub was not functioning. In the listing it stated it would be available January 2024. Not until VERY close to our stay date was the listing updated to reflect an April 2024 timeline. If we had known earlier, we would have changed our reservations. We would not have selected this property without a working hot tub. The fireplace was not in working order and when asked about it, an apology was given that parts were ordered but have not arrived. This was not at all reflected in the listing. We would not have selected this property without this feature in addition to a non-functioning hot tub. The main refrigerator smelled horribly of shellfish/crab and while very “clean” was absolutely nauseating to open. This was a complaint in an earlier review and I would have expected it to be addressed by the time of our stay. Simply cleaning it would not be enough to remove the smell. Luckily there is a back up fridge we were able to use or the space would have been unusable for our tri
