Please note: The saltwater pool and spa are heated using propane. The host provides one full propane tank (288 gallons) per stay, regardless of the length of the reservation (whether 30 days or up to one year). Any additional propane refills will be the responsibility of the guest and billed at the current market rate. As of April 2026, the estimated cost for a 288-gallon refill is approximately $1,000. Typically, 288 gallons of propane last about 4 to 6 months.
