Everything was as stated, nice quiet neighborhood, house well maintained and clean. We brought two queensland heelers, plenty of room in the back yard for them to look around and relax. We would certainly stay again.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and excellent response from the property owner. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. If we’re ever in Oceanside again we will definitely book here!!Side note very close to everything Beach, Zoo, Legoland and, if you have friends or family on Camp Pendleton it’s a short 15 minute drive to base gate.

Short weekend stay

Very nice and clean. Plenty of room to sleep. Cannot use the thermostat, but property owner is very accommodating to your needs. Ispart of a larger home

4 day stay

Dated, uncomfortable living room furniture, literally sank into the couch when seated. Day bed in the living room area. The full bed was very uncomfortable. Disappointed upon arrival to see the thermostat is remotely controlled, probably shouldn't be in business with that kind of room temp concern. Asks renters to open windows for cooler temps at night because it's a nice area. I don't care how nice it is I do NOT sleep with the windows open. When paying for rooms a person shouldn't have to request a cooler place. It was still warm even with the thermostat lowered to 76 & fans running. Odd to be asked the purpose of the visit to that area. I'm paying to stay, the reason shouldn't matter to the owner. I would not recommend this place or stay there again.

Soccer Tournament in Oceanside

The property is just as advertised and served the purpose that we needed. However, the comments are correct. The furniture is dated and the beds are quite hard. The thermostat is set higher than what most would find comfortable. There are fans in each room that made it bearable. The neighborhood is nice and the location was amazing. (Easy access to all the major attractions)

Comfortable Hideaway

This property is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The unit is clean and well kept. The location is close to the major roads that can get you anywhere you need to go in Oceanside and North San Diego county.

Oceanside

Property was clean and well maintained. Everything worked, would like more towels, plastic wrap, a tub bar close to the tub to allow exiting from the high tub, a towel hook near the tub so one did not have to reach over 2 feet to get towel. I appreciated the extension bars for power everywhere to allow charging (missing in 1 bedroom) , beautiful plants in yard, my 95 year old mother had a hard time getting into the first bedroom bed could use a small step or stool or chair. Great location, easy to get to.

Cozy hideaway

2 minutes off the highway, yet feels very secluded and private. Very clean and well-equipped with everything you'll need. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The one problem we had was with someone doing laundry at all hours on day one. After a request for quiet on day two, they took 10 pm-6am off.

Affordable nice house in a nice neighborhood.

This is a nice house at a nice price in a nice neighborhood. I had everything I needed. The check-in process was easy - easier than checking into a hotel. The Wifi worked, the neighborhood is walkable, and everything you might need is within a few minutes drive.

Clean and well kept home with everything we needed. Only concerns were that some of the tall people in our group complained the beds were too small. Also this property is attached to another property with person(s) staying in it. Was not an issue for us but something to be aware of. Overall a great experience.

Great location - the nicest climate in the country: warm winters, "summer is all year around", sunny, fresh air, ocean breeze, beach and big city are close by - I love it here! It's like living in a resort.
