This place was clean and so cute! Easy to access. Plenty of places to sleep. Just as described. My kids had fun with the outdoor games. Basic condiments and spices were stocked which was also nice. We would definitely stay here again .

Nice place! The fold out couches are bunk beds which is cool. Unfortunately with no direction manual on how to ensure they were safely “locked” into place when set up we were too nervous to use them and just slept on couch as -is. Would recommend.

Nice little place. Really small for the listed sleeping arrangements. Rooms had ceiling fans that were dusty and remotes didn’t work. No hot water for the showers. Had to take Luke warm showers in the morning.

We rented all 4 units at this location to house family and friends coming in for a wedding. All were nicely maintained; had lots of amenities indoors and out; and the kitchen (especially in the 2 BR w/ large kitchen, which was our main cooking hub) well stocked with supplies. The on-site washer/dryer was very useful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice property

The property was very nice, quiet and peaceful. It was clean and decorated nicely. However, I do wish there were more options for pots and pans. Also, even though it is nicely decorated, I believed it was bigger than what it actually was. We were a bit cramped. Lots of sleeping options but not a lot of common space. Overall, it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful, parking and location were convenient. Smoking areas provided were well kept and maintained. I did not travel with any pets but the option is nice. The unit itself was clean except for the microwave. There are outlets that weren't working for us, wifi was so slow it wasn't really useful. I understand it's a common practice amongst these rentals to ask us to clean up before we leave, however, I personally found stripping all the linens off the bed and emptying every trash can to be excessive.

The rental over all was cute and comfortable. It was a little hard to understand which door was ours initials (there were multiple) and I couldn’t get a hold of host at that point. My main complaintIs that was there was a wad of hair on the shower wall when I went to use the shower for the first time. The shower was barely warm enough to be comfortable. The bathroom trash had a pile of used cleaning wipes and no bag. The floor was quite beat up, and there were other nicks and scrapes around the rooms. The pro’s were: very cute and comfortable,The coffee options were lovely and cute cups throughout the vrbo. Full kitchen we enjoyed using. We loved the chess set and enjoyed the other kid friendly game options and toys. The outside seating and swing was lovely. Very easy to get to and close to many nice restaurants and things. Very nice landscaping.

Excellent stay

I don’t often leave reviews unless a place is either really good or really bad in this case it was perfect. The house had absolutely everything that was needed and then some the home was decorated very nicely and was pleasing to be in. The couch furnishings that also turned into bunk beds. The beds were super comfy and quite easy to fall into a deep sleep in. The owner was also very easy to get a hold of and get questions answered responding usually in a minute or two. The front and back patio areas weren’t used by us a whole let but they are pretty nice as well. So overall if you find yourself looking for a place to stay in vista I would highly recommend this place.

We chose this location because we needed 3 separate beds for adults. It says it sleeps 8, so I thought we'd have plenty of space. It turns out there were two full/ queen beds and then two couches that turn into bunk beds. The bunks were very rickety and some pieces were held in place with tape. My adult daughter slept on our as a couch as we were concerned about it staying up properly. Despite saying we had 4 adults staying, there was no bedding on the bunks though we did find it after receiving no response to our message and searching around on our own. The front firepit area was nice, but the area that was supposed to have a ping pong table no longer looks like the pictures. It was very dirty and in disrepair.

I'm not one to complain or write negative reviews, but this was not a great place to stay. The outside is immaculate and beautiful, but that's about where it stops. The drains were clogged, the water smelled terrible, swimsuit bottoms from a previous guest were shoved under the bed, the dust collection on ceiling fans was insane, there was a sponge left in the sink with scrambled egg bits on it upon checkin, visible residue on all counters, the floor sagged in a few spots, only one fan worked, several spiderwebs, etc. At our 3 pm check in when we arrived the owners were still cleaning and I'm assuming left the job undone so we could go inside to get ready for a wedding. The owners were nice, the AC was great, the location was perfect for our needs, the price was good, the decor was fine, it felt like a safe neighborhood. It was just very dirty and felt like there was no pride in ownership. It was also a duplex, I didn't realize that from the listing information, but maybe that's on me for an oversight. It wasn't a horrible experience, we were just very disappointed with the state of the unit.
