This place was a great stay! Provides comfort, easy parking, and anything you need. The only down side is, it was hard getting in contact with the host.

We rented all 4 units at this location to house family and friends coming in for a wedding. All were nicely maintained; had lots of amenities indoors and out; and the kitchen (especially in the 2 BR w/ large kitchen, which was our main cooking hub) well stocked with supplies. The on-site washer/dryer was very useful. Would absolutely stay here again.

The rental over all was cute and comfortable. It was a little hard to understand which door was ours initials (there were multiple) and I couldn’t get a hold of host at that point. My main complaintIs that was there was a wad of hair on the shower wall when I went to use the shower for the first time. The shower was barely warm enough to be comfortable. The bathroom trash had a pile of used cleaning wipes and no bag. The floor was quite beat up, and there were other nicks and scrapes around the rooms. The pro’s were: very cute and comfortable,The coffee options were lovely and cute cups throughout the vrbo. Full kitchen we enjoyed using. We loved the chess set and enjoyed the other kid friendly game options and toys. The outside seating and swing was lovely. Very easy to get to and close to many nice restaurants and things. Very nice landscaping.

The property was beautiful, parking and location were convenient. Smoking areas provided were well kept and maintained. I did not travel with any pets but the option is nice. The unit itself was clean except for the microwave. There are outlets that weren't working for us, wifi was so slow it wasn't really useful. I understand it's a common practice amongst these rentals to ask us to clean up before we leave, however, I personally found stripping all the linens off the bed and emptying every trash can to be excessive.

Nice property

The property was very nice, quiet and peaceful. It was clean and decorated nicely. However, I do wish there were more options for pots and pans. Also, even though it is nicely decorated, I believed it was bigger than what it actually was. We were a bit cramped. Lots of sleeping options but not a lot of common space. Overall, it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay

I don’t often leave reviews unless a place is either really good or really bad in this case it was perfect. The house had absolutely everything that was needed and then some the home was decorated very nicely and was pleasing to be in. The couch furnishings that also turned into bunk beds. The beds were super comfy and quite easy to fall into a deep sleep in. The owner was also very easy to get a hold of and get questions answered responding usually in a minute or two. The front and back patio areas weren’t used by us a whole let but they are pretty nice as well. So overall if you find yourself looking for a place to stay in vista I would highly recommend this place.
