Quivira is approximately 45 kilometers (28 miles) from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), which is about a 45- to 50-minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

This property is located inside a private residential community. For security and access purposes, all guests are required to present a valid ID and sign the community rules upon arrival. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, external vendors are not permitted inside the property. If you need any services during your visit, our concierge team will gladly recommend trusted and approved providers.

While there is no clubhouse within Alvar at this stage, you are welcome to enjoy the pool at Montecristo, located just a 5-minute drive away. The beautiful ocean and golf course views from your private jacuzzi (temporarily out of service), along with the comfort and design of this stunning condo, truly make the experience special and well worth it.
