▪️This property consists of three separate units (Main Floor, Basement, and Attic), each with its own private entrance. During your stay, you will have full access to all Basement (Pink Door) interiors and amenities. Please note that the outdoor areas and the shared laundry room is directly across the hall, located in the basement are communal spaces available to guests in all units.

▪️We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

▪️Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.

▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
▪️ Strictly no pets allowed.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
