Guests have shared access to outdoor space with outdoor seating provided.
Other things to note
Strictly NO SMOKING inside and in the yard or else you will be charged $500 penalty. No parties. Any additional guests/stopovers need to be approved by the owners. Be respectful to our neighbors and use "indoor voices" while outside. Other than that, have a great stay!

Pet Fee Disclaimer

Our pet fee is $20 per pet, per night. (Max of 2 pets)
However, for longer stays of 2 weeks (14 nights) or more, we offer a flat pet fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay.

Please note that this fee applies to all pets staying in the unit and helps cover additional cleaning and maintenance.
