J'ai choisi ma maison de vacances à Terra Verde Resort parce que c'est un super endroit pour séjourner dans le Sunshine State et passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis.
Terra Verde offre une variété d'activités pour tous les âges et les amateurs de sport.
Aussi un centre de fitness, salle de théâtre, aire de jeux, lac de pêche, bar tiki et de nombreux autres équipements.
Je me suis senti amoureux de cette maison car c'est l'un des meilleurs endroits de Terra Verde.
Juste une courte promenade à Clubhouse et un Lakeview de la chambre principale avec de superbes couchers de soleil.
J'ai décidé de rénover toute la maison depuis le sol à tous les meubles. Tous les matelas, canapé, commode et tout le reste.
Le système A / C est tout neuf afin que vous puissiez profiter de la chaleur de la Floride avec le confort.
Le spa est tout nouveau ainsi les clients peuvent également rester à la maison et se détendre.
Toutes les chambres et le salon disposent d'un Smart TV plat avec câble installé. Living Room a également un lecteur DVD et un système de son.
Dans la maison, nous avons des jeux de société, des films DVD et des livres pour les jours de pluie.
La porte est système sans clé et avec un code privé à chaque invité. Vous n'avez donc pas à vous soucier de perdre des clés, de rencontrer quelqu'un ou de vous enregistrer tardivement.
Ma maison est adaptée aux enfants et étant une mère, je sais à quel point il est difficile de voyager avec des enfants et tout ce que nous devons transporter.
Donc, vous trouverez dans la maison pour utiliser comme courtoisie un berceau portable, chaise haute, siège auto, poussette parapluie, que vous pouvez prendre pour les parcs si vous ne voulez pas apporter le vôtre.
Vous aurez de l'aide pour tous vos besoins depuis que je vis à Orlando.
Mon but est d'offrir à tous mes invités un moment formidable et inoubliable.
Je suis sûr que vous ne regretterez pas rester dans ma maison et vous reviendrez.

We had a wonderful time at Ulda's holiday home. We traveled as a family of four adults and two toddlers, and the house completely met our expectations. It's very child-friendly and lovingly furnished, so we felt right at home. The house's location within the resort is ideal, right on the lake and just steps from the main building with its playground and pool. The resort is well-maintained and totally relaxed. We looked forward to coming "home" every evening. The Disney Parks are between 15 and 25 minutes away by car, and Universal is 25 to 35 minutes away. Our host, Ulda, was always available and helped us with everything. We would love to come back!

The house was not as stated in description. It says full renovation. It stays AC is new and hot tub is new. We never used the hot tub because it looked a little sketch. There were dirty socks laying next to the hot tub. It is lacking property management and cleanliness. The tub upstairs would not drain properly. The master sink wouldn’t drain properly. The tubs liner was disgusting. There was dust everything. The master shower had mold around the bottom of the shower. There was an outlet in the kitchen missing a light switch, just a plate covering a hole. The AC read 82 when we got home from going to seaworld. We contacted the host. I explained all the problems and she was pretty responsive. Once I sent pictures she ghosted me. I have since filed a claim with VRBO as we left the morning after we arrived and had to spend half of our day trying to find something at another location. We lost a day of fun and had to spend another 700 to stay elsewhere.

Property owner didn’t respond to my questions at all... 1.) To lock the front door you have to hold it closed then put the four digit code and press C.2.) The stairs are noisy, loud and creaky 3.) No face towels. 3 Hand towels and 6 Bath towels4.) Sofa has a tear on the backside and dirty gum residue 5.) Bench at the table is shaky6.) Condo was clean and roomy, there was issues with the hot tub but owner was on it and made it right for us. She was responsive with any issues and very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was in a great location. We reached out to the owner with a thermostat and spa issue. She didn't respond to me. I reached out to her on April 15 and didn't get a response until April 19 because she was out of town. The condo wasn't the cleanest either, but that was the least problem. Once I got into contact with owner, she did offer me a refund on the spa since we couldn't use it.

Amazing!

This is our 3rd time staying at Terra Verde, and second time staying in the same condo. The owner, Ulda, is AMAZING! She was very accommodating, and we appreciate her.

Amazing Location

The location was amazing! Very first thing when arriving is the gated entrance. They checked us in. They did take thier job serous in which made my family feel safe. Very quite easy to figure out. It was very clean and nice set up. The host was really friendly and helpful.

Comfortable Stay with Pet-Friendly Perks!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home! It was comfortable, spacious, and perfectly located for our trip to Orlando. One of the biggest highlights was being able to bring both of our pets—thank you so much for being so accommodating!The home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Gated Community - Safety and Quiet

Nice & comfortable

We stayed here when we vacationed at Disney. The location is good, about a 30 minute drive to most attractions. The property is located in a nice community with nice amenities. We wished we had one more day to stay and just relax at the condo and to enjoy the pool and the grounds. It was clean and as described. The owner was accommodating for our needs. We recommend this place.

Perfect getaway

Our unit was clean & had thoughtful extras available. Pool towels & even a baby bouncer (we didn’t need this but it’s there) kitchen appliances including an air fryer. I personally appreciated the fridge being empty I’m not one to use left over refrigerated items. The hot tub had crystal clear water & was a wonderful treat. Property itself is wonderful. Very friendly atmosphere and pool & other public areas very nice and clean. Tiki bar had great drinks and snacks. The pond is a nice feature with the ducks and we were lucky enough to see lots of baby ducks. It was fun feeding them all and watching them waddle / run to the gate when you open the sliding door … they knew food was coming. We brought our fur baby & enjoyed walking him around the property. Everyone was friendly and mindful to keep the grass clean. Very relaxing and enjoyable time. Oh & the internet works great (for those who have to mix work with vacation) Definitely will be returning.

Terre Verde Getaway

Great clean and updated condo with a very responsive host. The condo is well stocked with all you could need for a short or long stay. The resort is in a great location and has a wonderful pool area with very helpful and friendly staff. We will be going back for our 4th year next year and our 3rd year with Ulda. She knows how to take care of you!

Property was nice, grounds were ok, community pool left something to be desired. Plenty of space for our family of 5 for the week-long stay for a volleyball tournament. Would recommend to others looking for a nice place to stay. Thank you!

Great condo in a great location. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom and full kitchen and fridge. Lots of room, clean and all your basic needs covered. In a great location off the pond and down the path to the pool. Great pool and amenities.
