Experience an upscale 3 bdrm executive retreat styled in rich black, gold and nude tones for a luxurious, modern feel. Cozy beds, refined finishes, and thoughtfully curated décor create a polished yet comfortable atmosphere. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bar-style island seating. Just 10 mins from DT and set in a walkable community close to public transportation, with cafés and local shops. This space blends comfort, convenience and sophistication for an elevated stay.
Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued ID may be required. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be subject to cancellation.
Before check-in, guests may be required to complete a secure pre-arrival verification form. This helps us confirm booking details and maintain the safety of the home. The link will be provided through Airbnb messaging after your reservation is confirmed.
Additional Fees & Optional Protection (Please Read Before Booking)
To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply:
• Pet Fee: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $52.50 for each pet, per stay applies and must be disclosed at booking.
• Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book.
• Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.
