The house was exactly as pictured and it is a very short and easy walk using beach access 17.The pool and hot tub were clean and we were glad we had both to use.I would 100% rent here again.

The listing is accurate. The staff is responsive—just use the number they give you. They fixed the internet and garage access in no time. It is spacious and just a short stroll to the beach. We had a great time.

Overall the property was beautiful and fit our family well! Great for older people! We ran into quite a few problems while staying and were met with prompt solutions. However it felt a bit overwhelming and made our vacation pretty hectic.

Highly recommend this home!

Excellent property. Very clean and spacious . Out door pool and bbq grill were really nice. Everything we needed was provided. Having a washer and dryer made taking care of swim suits a breeze. Highly recommend this home!

This pet friendly house was perfect for our group. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the house was very clean and has great character too. We nicknamed it "The Hemingway House." the location is also very good for beach access and several restaurants. The pool was also clean but a bit too warm to enjoy. however, we were there in a very hot time of year so it would have to have a chilling unit to avoid being hot. The Gulf was very refreshing so we didn't miss the pool. One thing to note is the upstairs room has a single outdoor entrance so it's not an ideal room for young children but great for adults. We would defientley stay here again!

The property was nice. The bunk beds were okay. The a/c got fixed right away, so there was no delay on being hot. They replaced the unit promptly. The other beds were very comfortable. There was a very limited supply of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and no dish soap. Overall the place was comfortable and relaxing and very nice.

OUTSTANDING!!! I have stayed at a multitude of properties but this one met all expectations and more. The wife and I wanted a beach property to take the grand kids to and I found this property at the last minute. The checkin process was a little different but very smooth. The property was located less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean and exceptionally appointed. Real mattresses on all beds. Our teen was supplied with his own hide away upstairs. The private pool and hot tub made our sry even more enjoyable. I contacted the host for a couple of items and I received them within 30 minutes. I will most definitely recommend this property to others.
