Overall, the home was very nice, but the SPI Guest Ranger doesn’t work especially since the did not provide a link for me to send the necessary information requested I had to take it personally to there office, which they took my credit card to the back when they only needed the last 4 numbers of my credit card card, sorry but I feel that was inappropriate.

Great Beach Escape

You can't beat the location of this awesome townhome. One block to the beach and within walking distance of the entertainment district. Anywhere else, we can hop on the free shuttle on the corner. The home itself is very spacious and immaculate. It has been recently painted and updated and we really enjoy the pool/spa. It's also great that we can bring our furry kid along to enjoy the beach. Overall, a great experience at SPI!

Clean, comfortable and well equipped

We loved the house — it was very, very clean. The living area was super comfortable, along with the kitchen, which is very well equipped and spacious. The only thing that might be a bit inconvenient is that it has three levels, but aside from that, everything was lovely. When we arrived, the pool was full of sand, which I think was the only thing that wasn't 100% clean. We called to have it cleaned, but it never happened. Other than that, the location is ideal, and the inside of the house was very clean and beautiful. We loved it.
