Cette belle maison privée de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains est situé directement à seulement 1/2 pâté de maisons de la plage. Avec trois niveaux, cette propriété a beaucoup d'espace pour accueillir confortablement 12 personnes. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend la première chambre avec un lit double, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain privée avec douche.

Juste au deuxième étage et au niveau principal de la maison, vous trouverez la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger à aire ouverte. La cuisine est spacieuse et offre beaucoup de place pour préparer les repas avec vos amis et votre famille. Elle est entièrement équipée avec des casseroles, poêles, plats et ustensiles nécessaires à votre confort. Le salon est lumineux, aéré et offre aux clients de nombreuses places assises autour d’une grande télévision connectée à écran plat! Regardez vos films, sports ou émissions préférés et lorsque vous êtes prêt à vous endormir, les canapés se plient pour vous offrir davantage d'espace de sommeil.

Le troisième étage est équipé des chambres supplémentaires et de la chambre principale. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size confortable, une télévision connectée à écran plat, un dressing et une salle de bains principale privée. La salle de bain comprend un lavabo et une vanité, une douche et un incroyable bain à remous! Juste au bout du couloir, les troisième et quatrième chambres sont équipées d'un lit queen-size et d'un lit superposé jumeau. Les deux chambres disposent également d'une Smart TV à écran plat et partagent une salle de bain complète dans le couloir. La maison fournit également à ses clients une laveuse et une sécheuse, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et le câble. Les animaux de compagnie sont bienvenus avec une cour arrière clôturée!

Great place near the beach

My wife and I stayed here with our small dogs for a few days and enjoyed it. The place is close to the beach and there's plenty of room for a larger group/family. Would definitely recommend.

Great Spot Near Beach

Our family had a wonderful time staying here for spring break. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the location was quiet with easy access to everything we needed. It was a lovely beach vacation spot!

Great location & great pool!

This is a great location and very spacious house. We really appreciated having the kitchen which was fully of all the things you would need to cook for a large group. The pool was also a great addition. We would stay here again.

Great spot close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dogs! Fully equipped kitchen, clean house, cute yard. Only (TINY) complaint is no soap in powder room.

The home was beautiful and very neat. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of 8. Just a short walk across the street we had access to the beach. Also short walking distance to Bay for food and music. Loved staying here. Staff was very helpful as well.

This place is amazing. The rooms are very nice and cozy, heated pool, among views from the balcony areas, grill is a five star product, kitchen and living area space is great for family and friends to get together. Beach access is a huge plus as well. Highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our Ling st stay

We were impressed by the house on Ling. It was perfect for our stay. We appreciated the ammenities. We appreciated the beautiful dishes and fully stocked utinsels, baking wear etc in the kitchen. Wow what an awesome place to stay! Our relatives were quite impressed and were immediately able to relax and start vacation mode as soon as they arrived!

Clean, comfortable and well equipped

We loved the house — it was very, very clean. The living area was super comfortable, along with the kitchen, which is very well equipped and spacious. The only thing that might be a bit inconvenient is that it has three levels, but aside from that, everything was lovely. When we arrived, the pool was full of sand, which I think was the only thing that wasn't 100% clean. We called to have it cleaned, but it never happened. Other than that, the location is ideal, and the inside of the house was very clean and beautiful. We loved it.

Great Beach Escape

You can't beat the location of this awesome townhome. One block to the beach and within walking distance of the entertainment district. Anywhere else, we can hop on the free shuttle on the corner. The home itself is very spacious and immaculate. It has been recently painted and updated and we really enjoy the pool/spa. It's also great that we can bring our furry kid along to enjoy the beach. Overall, a great experience at SPI!

Awesome

Very nice home to accommodate a big family it was nice n clean and balcony had a great view for fireworks displayed in the evenings. Everything was within walking distance. Maintenance response was great responded in a timely manner. Check in n out was made easy. Will be using SPI again. Thank you for your great customer service n accommodation.

Easy Peace

We had a quick Mommy friends escape. It was so nice to walk into a clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space available for even a larger group. Kitchen is completely stocked with supplies for cooking meals. Easy walk to the beach (Like walking down the street to your friend's house when you were little.) Great location with short walks or drive (if you prefer) to restaurants, groceries, and shops. I look forward to another trip with my family, or MAYBE just friends again;)
