- Fully stocked kitchen
- Master bedroom with 2 twin bed frames (beds can either be separated or pushed against each other depending on guest preference), en suite bathroom and 32" smart TV
- Master bathroom - ensuite to master with shower
- Bedroom 2 with queen bed frame and 32" smart TV
- Bedroom 3 with 2 twin bed frames
- Bathroom 2 with a bathtub
- Laundry closet with washer and ventless dryer (water must be emptied)
- Large backyard with private pool, outdoor dining and BBQ
- Front driveway with 1 parking spot
- Back driveway (alley accessed) with 2 parking spots

This house is equipped with Minut decibel detectors and no parties will be tolerated. This is a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors.

Pool is heated

You may see lizards, birds, iguanas, bugs and frogs in the yard from time to time as it is South Florida.

Pool cleaners come every Tuesday and Friday

Dryer is ventless so after each load, the top drawer needs to be pulled out and the water needs to be emptied.
