HEATED amazing pool, great family friendly game room and tiki! Ping pong, arcade and foosball table all ready to be enjoyed! The tiki has a tv and bar, equipped with mini fridge. Home is located 2 miles from the beach, 5n to Fort Lauderdale Airport, 10 min to Las Olas/Ft Lauderdale Beach and 15 min to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Rent a kayak or walk the beautiful trails at Westlake Park just walking distance away. 5min to shopping, great location!! Very safe/quiet neighborhood



The Space:

NO PARTIES. NO LOUD NOISE/MUSIC OUTSIDE AFTER 10pm. Any guests violating these rules will be subject to eviction and will not be refunded

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the entire family and lots of outdoor space to enjoy! Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located close to Dania Beach, Hollywood Beach, Miami & Fort Lauderdale. We needed to extend our stay by a couple extra days and hosts were very accommodating.

The living area and bedrooms were comfortable and in good condition. The pool was a good size and heated, with a nice sitting area. The games in the breezeway were a hit. I took one star off because both bathrooms are in disrepair, with leaks and broken/missing caulk.

Thank you for your feedback. The only issues were loose bolts at the bottom of the toilet and a small area that needed the caulking replaced. Both items were taken care of in a matter of 10 minutes as soon as you let us know (after checkout). These type of issues are best brought to our attention right away, waiting to tell us after you leave does not give us an opportunity to quickly fix minor issues that can linger. There are no leaks whatsoever and no guests have reported anything since. Not sure what happened here but communication is always key

This property did not disappoint! We loved everything in this home from the open floor plan to the quiet oasis under the tiki hut. And it was within minutes of the beach! This is perfect for everyone in the family!

Great central spot

This property is in a great central location for activities both in Ft Lauderdale and Miami. Most of our group had never been to Florida and we all had a great time! The pool and outdoor space was great and the beds were quite comfortable. TVs in every room which was a great bonus as well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a spot in south Florida.

Had a good stay

The house is great, very clean. loved the layout of how we could all be together in the kitchen, dining area, while still being able to look out into the game room and over the pool. We spent most of our time in the tiki hut it’s a prime location For relaxing and enjoying the nearby beach breezes would recommend if you are a cooking type of person that maybe you avail yourself of the grill some of the pots in the house are not in great condition and need a little TLC. Our family really enjoyed our stay. we took a five minute Uber ride over to Dania Beach. Enjoyed lunch at the pier not really walkable from the house because it is 2 miles and over a busy road but very conveniently located to Hollywood Beach also just a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk . Quiet neighborhood
