The Space:

We want you to feel at home the moment you arrive. Our condo is located in Kauhale Makai, “Village by the Sea,” a welcoming oceanfront community set along a charming beach—perfect for watching unforgettable sunsets. The resort offers two pools, a hot tub, volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, a putting green, community BBQ areas with picnic tables, and evening tiki torches. Beautifully manicured grounds sway with palm and banana trees, creating a relaxed, local atmosphere filled with island charm. Take a breath and feel the Aloha.



The condo has been thoughtfully renovated from floor to ceiling. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for any home chef, complete with stainless steel appliances, high-end cookware, dinnerware, utensils, a full BBQ set, a blender, Keurig with K-cups, and a French press. The dining table seats four comfortably, with additional counter seating for convenience.



The living room flows seamlessly from the kitchen, offering a cozy place to unwind after a day of adventure. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 60" TV, or use the queen sleeper sofa if extra sleeping space is needed. The condo comfortably accommodates four adults.



In the bedroom, you’ll find a dreamy king-size bed with both memory foam and traditional pillows, plus extra linens for your comfort. The hotel-inspired en suite bathroom is designed to refresh, and we provide plenty of plush bath towels, hand towels, face towels, as well as beach towels. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are also included for your Maui outings.



High-speed WiFi and cable TV are provided. The complex features a convenient laundry room with coin-operated machines or app-based payment. Free on-site parking is included, and a twin-size floor mattress is available upon request.

The Neighborhood:

Kihei is located at the base of Haleakala, a sprawling and majestic 10,000 foot high volcano. Stunning views of the mountain are everywhere. Lined with miles of beaches, local food & shopping, and close proximity to many activities including snorkeling, surfing and paddleboarding. Fun fact about Hawaii- all beaches are public! There is no such thing as a private beach anywhere in the state. Together with neighboring Wailea, the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. Kauhale Makai is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland. If you prefer Costco or Target swing by on your way from the airport!



Getting Around:

Most of our guests rent a vehicle to get around, it's the best way to explore Maui. Kihei is close to the airport, about a 15 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.



Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.



The state of Hawai'i collects a Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25% and sales tax of 4.166%. Maui county has a Transient Accommodation Tax of 3.5%. We as hosts are required to collect this tax!



Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex and are shared. Payable via app or coins. We provide Tide pods.



Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear

No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the condo’s premises. A minimum $1000 fine will be assessed if the condo is smoked in. Mahalo



Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes down the road.



The resort is designated within a hotel-zoned district and, as such, will not be impacted by the pending Short-Term Rental (STR) ban currently under consideration.
