Unit D202 is a Deluxe 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, ocean view condominium with  AC. The A/C is split between the Living room and bedroom for more perfect climate control. The bedroom has a King size bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with large tiles and a glass front. The living area is bright, with parquet flooring. The whole South wall is mirrored to double the extraordinary ocean view., The lanai includes an eating table for two and two additional lounge chairs so you can enjoy the tropical sun and trade breezes. There is a Smart TV with cable and free high speed WIFI. The kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped for cooking. The Bar seats two with additional standing room. The laundry center has a stacked washer and dryer. D202 is spacious and bright.

Located on the 2nd floor, you will be walking up 2 flights of stairs.

Luana Kai’s condo resort is located North Kihei just ten minutes walk from the Azeka’s, Azeka’s II and Long’s Shopping centers.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
