Dernier étage 1 chambre avec vue sur l'océan entièrement rénové.

Aloha, vous apprécierez certainement ce condo 1 chambre joliment décoré avec tout le luxe d'une maison au paradis de Maui. Cette unité a été entièrement rénovée. Décor de l'île dans tout le condo. Il est parfait pour vos vacances, lune de miel ou toute occasion spéciale.

Cuisine neuve avec armoires en merisier, électroménagers en acier inoxydable et beaux comptoirs en granit. Nouveau carrelage dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. La cuisine est joliment décorée dans les moindres détails, y compris les poignées des armoires à poissons en étoile. Savourez votre petit-déjeuner assis sur l'île du petit-déjeuner ou prenez une tasse de café sur la véranda et regardez le lever du soleil sur l'eau.

Il y a aussi une salle à manger séparée, avec une belle table en verre et 4 chaises.

Le salon et la chambre ont de nouveaux planchers de bois franc et sont décorés avec de nouveaux meubles «insulaires». Vous pouvez voir l'océan depuis chaque pièce du condo. Réveillez-vous dans votre lit king size en regardant l'océan ou les palmiers depuis votre lit.

L'unité comprend un téléviseur intelligent 55 4K dans le salon et un petit téléviseur intelligent 4K dans la chambre principale. Regardez vos films préférés, diffusez en continu, enregistrez sur le DVR, la station d'accueil I-pod et Internet Wi-Fi haut débit gratuit.

Sortez du salon ou de la chambre sur la grande véranda. Lanai a une table et des chaises pour que vous puissiez profiter de votre petit-déjeuner et café le matin et regarder les baleines. Le soir, après une journée à la plage, profitez du coucher de soleil depuis votre véranda.

Chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, parasol et même une glacière pour préparer votre déjeuner pour la journée à la plage.

Beau terrain avec grande piscine, et aussi une pataugeoire et un jacuzzi. Grande pelouse sur la plage. Terrain de volley, shuffle board et putting green. La plage à l'arrière est une longue plage idéale pour se promener le matin ou regarder les couchers de soleil du soir.

Excellent emplacement à Kihei avec des restaurants, des magasins et les plus belles plages et golf merveilleux. Nous ne sommes également qu'à quelques minutes des fabuleux magasins de Wailea.

Venez vous détendre dans notre maison et profitez de tout ce que Maui a à offrir. Des rénovations sont en cours dans le complexe et devraient être terminées vers le 1er trimestre.

This condo worked perfectly for a few days in Kihei — the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were super handy to have, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bed was comfy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and communication was prompt and detailed. Would stay again!

This condo has absolutely everything you could need or want. The location is excellent as well for getting around Maui. The pool area is lovely. Can’t see the full sunset from the lanai but a quick walk to the very quiet small beach is excellent. Great responsive communication from owner.

Joan was an amazing host! Excellent communicator, Her place was absolutely perfect for what we wanted and needed! Beautiful spot to watch the sunset, watch the whales play and just enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine!! We would definitely stay again!!

Fun Family Staycation

We loved the pool and proximity to beach. The view from the lanai is way better than it seems from the photos too. The checkin/checkout process was smooth and the unit was stocked with plenty of beach amenities. We would stay here again!

We found this property online while searching for a place to stay, It looked good figured we’d take a chance and glad we did! Place is really clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed even an icebox for a couple drinks while we were out and about! Very close to the beach it was a great stay, highly recommend it!

Everything you need for a Day at the Beach

We would stay here again. King bed was great. The location was a short drive to nice restaurants. What was so helpful was all the beach equipment, chairs, umbrella and even a cooler. We were set. Definitely recommend!

kihei Village by the sea

Close to Azeka shopping center for restaurants and Times foods Watched whales from our balcony,our complex was very quite at night, watched the sunset every night while we there. The unit we were in had every thing we needed and was very clean.

well appointed condo

We had a great stay in this condo, close to restaurants Nula was our favourite for breakfast or lunch. The condo is very nice it has everything you need, lots of towels, beach towels and beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards, kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook. lanai has a nice view of the ocean and sunsets.

Located mid Kihei, you are well located to visit all the other beautiful places on the island. The property has responsive owners and man agent. I would definitely stay again.

I live in New York City, but have been coming to Maui for the last 20 years. My friends ended up purchasing a home on the island and spend 6 months a year in Paradise. My husband and I came every year him for a month and I was able to sneak away for 10 days... Finally we purchased our condo. I loved it at first sight... but it needed some TLC. After a lot of TLC, one thing lead to another and the next thing you know I completely gutted the unit. It's fantastic and we love it. I spent 35 years in the fashion industry and I currently sell Real Estate in NYC. Ron is a former NYC policeman and retired from the NYFD- fire department. We welcome you to enjoy our home in Maui and come see why we love it so much.

This property is great... centrally located. I was just on the island and completely redid the unit, so all is new and fresh. If it's raining somewhere on the island chances are it's sunny in Kihei. The unit has great light and fabulous views, too. The sunsets are also fabulous and we enjoy watching them from the backyard, lanai or the hot tub. We are close to our favorite beaches in Wailea too.
