Large Detached Villa -Peaceful Gated Community- Perfect Family Cov19 Isolation

Thank you Paul for your very kind remarks - We love the villa as a family holiday retreat in the Summer where we can chill out and it sounds like you did likewise. Looking forward to hosting you again on a future visit. Take care

Thank you very much Martyn for your very kind review. The issues with the water heater and kettle were new issues that arose during your visit (as we stayed in the villa ourselves beforehand) and unfortunately we were not able to correct them during your stay at the villa : the water heater repair required the ordering of a replacement the heat exchanger in the unit and its subsequent installation and this repair was completed after you left the property . The kettle has also been replaced. We have improved the instructions for guests to use the internet based Android TV unit (as english language satellite reception is patchy since the Astra satellite was moved further North). Thank you very much for bringing those issues to our attention which we have passed to our local team and we are very happy to hear that other than these items the rest of the stay went well for you and we appreciate the positive feedback. Maureen and Eamon

I am sorry Wayne that the excessive heat in Spain this August too away from your visit . Having stayed in the villa for the previous four weeks we can relate to the exceptional 38 degrees heat especially on the upper floor which faces the sun. I am surprised that you found that the strength of one of the 3 aircon units was ‘ a trickle’ : I will be out in October to investigate it. I will also give your other feedback to our local cleaners. If you change you mind it maybe want to consider holidaying away from the peak Summer heat, we would love to have you back as you were great guests . Thank you

Thank you Lena for your very kind review - we have attended to the issues that you have noted. Lovely to have had you as guests

Thank you Monica for the helpful feedback. We are visiting the villa this week and plan to replace the second refrigerator (which appears to have gone faulty with a new one) and add extra utensils etc. We are very glad that you had a nice holiday and that the extreme heat wave didnt disturb you too much. Eamon

Thank you Olavi for your lovely feedback. I am delighted that you and your golfing group had an enjoyable and we would be delighted to have you return some day. Eamon

Hello Sergi, I just saw your lovely and very kind review of our villa : Thank you - yes we love the villa for our own vacations in Spain and look forward to returning after a 2 year gap due to COVID travel restrictions. We will look into addressing your helpful comment about the air-conditioning and make sure that our cleaning team do not forget checking the coffee maker before other guests arrive. We look forward to hearing from you again if you wish to return. Best wishes for a lovely autumn, Eamon.

La ubicación zona tranquila para descansar a cinco minutos hay un supermercado una churrería ambulante y tambien hay una cásate donde hacen pollos para llevar Date of arrival - 25 July 2021 Thank you Eva - we are very happy that you had a great vacation and we have discussed with our house manger your very kind suggestions as you were leaving. Thank you Eamon

Thank you very much Sarah - yes other than the lovely pool, it is one of the most appealing features of the villa to us as well ( not being used to mid Summer Spanish heat) and means that most of the time we can live without using aircon. Looking forward to seeing a return visit in due course as you were marvellous guests.

Review (in English) : 'The house is fantastic, very well preserved and very spacious .... The only thing that to go to the beach is necessary to go by car ...... But otherwise perfect !!' Reply from Homeowner: Thank you Olga for your lovely feedback : you were perfect guests and we are very glad that you had a great holiday .

Thank you Montse for the very kind review and we are very glad that you had a lovely and very safe vacation during these strange and anxious times. Looking forward to your return at some time in the future. E.

Thank you very much for your kind response and we are delighted that you had a great holiday. It was unfortunate that the 'lucifer' heatwave impacted your first week and we hope that the air conditioning coin payment refund helped with some ice cream purchases for the children: we have since had the opportunity to have someone look at the 2nd floor system for us. Bes Wishes

Paul , Thank you very much for the very kind review. We are delighted that the villa and its facilities met your family's needs and that you had a nice break. As you indicated, and as stated in all booking information, the feedback from guests is that it is most suited for a quieter (often multi generational ) family vacation. We deliberately turn down adult only groups as they would not be appropriate for the residential location.

thank you for your kind comments and we are very happy that you had a great stay in our holiday home.

We are very happy for your kind feedback and delighted to hear that your stay went so well. It sounds like you got as much enjoyment from your stay as we do every Summer in our holiday home.

Thank you for your reply. Its unfortunate that this has not been the experience of other families (especially multigenerational ones) staying at the villa although we do stress to all guests that as it is a residential area and late night noise can be an issue. I agree that it is definitely not suitable for a large group of adults and we actually try to avoid accepting such bookings. I do appreciate that your made great efforts to keep any noise from the veranda to a minimum Thank You - I believe that one of our neighbours has been ill and that may have contributed to the unfortunate situation for which we can only apologise.

Thank you for the positive feedback - Our representatives in Spain will be very pleased with your very kind feedback.
