This listing is for both the upper and lower suites, providing full access to the entire property including all decks and balconies. With full access to the property the driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Also note no RV's or trailers due to our steep driveway entrance. Any normal car, SUV or truck will work fine.

Our property is a two unit cabin, this listing is for both the upper unit and the lower unit which are not connected via the interior. Each unit has their own private entrance and balcony and the upper unit also has a large deck. There are some stairs from the driveway leading to the cabin entrance, which are not handicap accessible.

Without hesitation, we can say our cabin is absolutely stunning, featuring outstanding décor and thoughtful design throughout. The great room is bright, open, and beautifully appointed with rich wood craftsmanship, custom details, and gleaming hardwood floors. Vaulted ceilings with skylights create an airy, spacious feel that makes the room feel even larger than it is.

From the outside, the cabin reflects true Bavarian-style ski chalet charm, while the interior offers a beautifully updated space filled with warmth and character. You can both hear and see the river from the property, adding to the relaxing mountain ambiance. The expansive downtown views are beautiful year-round, and when the leaves fall, the elevated views of downtown Helen below are especially breathtaking.

The great room also features a large HDTV with streaming services, plus board games and books for cozy nights in or rainy afternoons.

☆☆ UPPER SUITE BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆

The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with a beautifully crafted wooden post frame designed with your comfort in mind. You’ll also find a spacious dresser with mirror and a large wardrobe, perfect for unpacking and settling in. Inside the wardrobe, there is an additional large HDTV with streaming services for added convenience.

For extra guests, the unit includes a queen-size air mattress with built-in pump.

Please note: If you are a very light sleeper, you may wish to bring earplugs, as some seasonal weekend activity from town can occasionally be heard. We also provide a sound machine for white noise to ensure a restful stay.

The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, open to the great room for easy gathering and entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and all necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The dining table comfortably seats up to four guests, making it perfect for family dinners or game nights.

While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, this suite also offers breathtaking views of downtown Helen from its large front balcony as well as a private retreat on the spacious deck near the front entry where you can relax and unwind after a day of adventures. Enjoy your morning coffee, unwind in the evening, or have some fun with a game of Giant Connect 4 while enjoying our outdoor amenities.

The primary living area is bright and open with a studio-style floor plan of approximately 700 sq. ft.

Without hesitation, we can tell you our cabin is stunningly beautiful, featuring outstanding décor and thoughtful design throughout. In the open studio space, you’ll find a freestanding Jacuzzi tub perfectly positioned between the bed and TV — so you can relax and watch your favorite shows from the tub, bed, or living area.

Inside, you’ll enjoy an updated cabin filled with charm and character. From the property, you can hear and see the river, and the expansive downtown views are excellent year-round. When the leaves fall, the elevated views of downtown Helen below are especially breathtaking.

The suite is beautifully decorated and designed to be especially romantic for couples. It’s furnished for a comfortable stay with everything you need.

The suite features a king bed with a lovely wooden post frame designed with comfort in mind. The bed is set off to the side but is not enclosed in a separate bedroom.

There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.

If you are a very light sleeper, you may wish to bring earplugs. Depending on the season and weekend activity, you may hear some light hustle and bustle from town. We provide a sound machine for white noise.

The en-suite bathroom is open to the main room and includes:

A large walk-in shower built for two

Seating bench

Privacy curtain (as needed)

Separate enclosed toilet closet with a door

Please note: If you are a group of four adult friends, be aware that the studio layout offers limited privacy.

We have a rental contract that needs to be signed and returned to us prior to your arrival. If you have any questions about that you can ask prior to your booking.

Unfortunately we do not accept any pets, emotional, support or therapy animals due to the potential for other guests that may have extreme allergies or health related issues.

No smoking, vaping, drugs, partying, loud behavior or music. Please respect this or you will be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or charged extra fees for clean-up, smoke removal, etc.
