LES VILLAGES FL COTTAGE LOCATION GRAND EMPLACEMENT

Ce chalet est dans un endroit génial! Le coin est énorme! Marcher jusqu'à la piscine

Deux chambres deux salles de bain à la maison avec une tanière avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter d'une belle visite! Tapis dans toute la maison avec des meubles très agréable et très confortable. Table à manger sièges six. Combinaison salon et salle à manger La cuisine a de beaux appareils électroménagers avec cuisinière à plat - garde-manger de placard. La chambre principale a un lit king avec un grand dressing, salle de bain a une douche à l'italienne avec des portes vitrées, deux lavabos! Tirez sur la reine dans la chambre d'amis.

Venez jouer au golf, vous détendre, profiter du soleil! Beaucoup de piscines et de loisirs à l'intérieur. Vous devez voir cette maison.

Les animaux domestiques sont autorisés Ceci est une maison non fumeur.

Fall break in the Villages

Great location, very neat and clean, A/C worked great, comfortable beds, nice screened in lanai for coffee in the morning. All in all a great place to stay.

Wonderful Home

A nice, sweet home. Friendly neighbors and a great place to relax, rest and enjoy what the Villages have to offer. We had a great time.

Property is close to town squares and rec centers. Pool is behind the house. 6 golf courses within 5-10 minutes.

Overall, good. House was nice.

The property management people were great. Quick torespond and got things fixed as needed.Having to drive 7miles round trip to get our mail was ridiculous especially since the regular mailbox for the house is 100 feet away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and as advertised by property manager. While advertised as pet (dog) friendly we did not detect any pet odor(s) or pet hair which was an initial concern. A plus not reflected in the pictures is the fact that washer & dryer are inside the home where it is nice and cool rather than in the garage. Full two-car garage is a plus allowing room for both the golf cart and renter's vehicle. This location is equal distance between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the pool...a two-minute walk. The golf cart was fun, easy to operate and goes a long way on very little gas. I have no problems recommending this location for a couple or family.

Great accommodations and location!!

Very comfortable home with a great golf cart. Pool was walking distance as it’s behind a hedge in the back yard. Will rent here again when I go back!

Tamarind Grove ~ The Villages

Good location of property around the corner from the Tamarind Grove pool. Master bedroom had king size bed which was very comfortable. Unit was clean although very dated. We also had access to a golf cart which we enjoyed using to explore the different communities of the Villages.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the house was not cleaned properly. The cleaning crew arrived the next day to reclean. Enjoyed lanai and proximity to the pool.
