The open layout blends sleek interiors with expansive terraces, creating a serene yet sophisticated atmosphere.

Getting Around:

Getting around Punta Mita is easy and enjoyable. A 6-passenger golf cart is at your disposal to explore the area comfortably—from beach clubs to nearby dining spots. For longer trips, private transportation or a rental car is recommended. Most destinations are just 5 to 15 minutes away, making everything conveniently accessible.

A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.
