We’ve been to Punta mita 5x and stayed in both houses and condos. I think this is one most well done properties we’ve stayed in. The owner and management company was responsive and accompanying. Views are spectacular and fit and finish of the unit is a 10.

Excellent Stay

First class accommodations in a great location. Lots of dining options, including an amazing kitchen to cook inhouse if that suits you. We had access to everything we needed including a top notch golf course. The best restaurant in the resort is the one at the golf club. You don't have to play golf to eat there. Amazing food. Large portions. Great service. You won't leave hungry. The bedrooms are amazing. Super comfortable beds and bathrooms that can't be beat. The master has an outdoor shower that is heaven when there's a breeze.The pool on the patio is the icing on the cake. We would spend our days on the beaches and skip the 'public' pools so we could come back and lounge in the pool that overlooks the golf course and has an amazing ocean view.The golf cart that is included is one of the nicest in the resort. Plenty of room for 6-7 people and great for getting around the property and into town. This place has everything. The only downside is that we eventually had to leave.Stay here.

Excellent Property - highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay. The owner John and the concierge contact Cecilia were wonderful. They made everything so easy. When a few things went awry (out of their control or ours) they stepped in and handled everything perfectly. The condo is gorgeous! The view is amazing and location is ideal. We had two families of 4 (all teen girls) and the rooms are set up perfectly. It’s well appointed, beautifully designed and it felt like a great value overall. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need! You won’t be disappointed.

Las Marietas best location!

My boys & I stayed at this property at Spring Break before it sold to the new owner. If visiting Punta Mita you are at a better advantage to rent a villa instead of staying at hotel. You will have access to all of the different beach clubs and a cook for breakfast & golf cart. The freedom to explore Punta Mita! This unit was a great proprety before and even better now that the new owner has made some upgrades to the home. We will definitely be staying again at this property. I highly recommend - the owner is very communicative and responsive.
