We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly at El Encanto. We had wonderful concierge service from Georgina and Guillermo! We are so sad to leave and had such a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

A great stay

An outstanding stay in all respects. An extraordinary host, amazing chef and very nice unit. The host did a wonderful job in making reservations, recommending restaurants, responding promptly to emailed questions and handling any issues that arose during the visit.

Great stay — would definitely return back!

The condo looks exactly like the listing and is impeccably maintained. Everyone was super responsive and helpful and really made sure that our family had a wonderful vacation. I would book this unit again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable and Relaxing

All logistics from booking to check out went very smoothly because of great communication from the owner and property manager. The accommodations were just as described on line and very comfortable. The location in Punta Mita is great - close to golf club and easy cart ride to beach clubs. Looking forward to a return trip!

Punta Mita perfection!

Beautiful unit in a very beautiful place. Good value and incredible cleanliness, great service. Hosts are fantastic people that truly care about their guests and their stay and it shows. I couldn't recommend this place more, we will certainly be back!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is very clean, spacious, and private. It has a beautiful view of the golf course. The owners were very organized and helpful in planning our stay as well. We will definitely be back and would definitely recommend.

Amazing property in the heart of Punta Mita

This was an amazing property with beautiful views. Mariana (our concierge) was so sweet and welcoming, she helped make our stay seamless! The owners obviously take pride in their home and make sure all needs are met for their guests. We will book this unit again!

Gorgeous and perfect for a friends weekend

We’re four former college friends that met for a quick beach weekend. The place was perfect. The view is stunning - even better in person. We loved the private pool. The host Mariana was super helpful, kind, and responsive. We had the absolute best time and our already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Outstanding!

Incredible property! Beautifully decorated, ample space, great location, and convenient to everything Punta Mita has to offer. The owner and concierge were super responsive and extremely accommodating. This was the last trip for our family before our kids went off to college, and it couldn’t have been better. Thank you!

Outstanding vacation

We had a wonderful stay at El Encanto 501. Our hosts made all of the arrangements for restaurants, cleaning and golf. Everything was just as it was presented on line. The property is beautiful. I would highly recommend Georgina and Gillermo as hosts.

Wonderful property and amenities!

This place is wonderful!!! As a VRBO owner this place exceeded my expectations. Georgina was there to greet us and the house provided everything we needed for our stay. We had 3 couples plenty of room and loved our private pool. Golf cart is great for going into town or one of the five beach clubs! Super private, spacious, clean and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Incredible!

I cannot say enough about this property and the level of service we received from beginning to end! This my second stay here and absolutely not the last. Punta Mita is a beautiful location with some of the kindest people. If your looking for a residence to stay, 501 El Encanto will not disappoint!

Lovely stay!

The property is flawless. The owners live in the area and it shows, never once needed to ring them for anything. Lovely decor, one of the best stocked kitchens in terms of kitchen utensils. We didn’t cook much but if you wanted to they had everything. Housekeeping came in and out while we out enjoying the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location, great view, excellent service.

This unit is wonderful! It is beautifully furnished, with great views and outdoor space. We were 3 couples and everyone had a very nice room with outside access. Guillermo and Geraldine are excellent hosts, and took care of groceries, restaurant reservations and tee times. We had an excellent experience and would recommend this unit to everyone!

Family time

We had an amazing time! Georgina and her husband Guermillo are wonderful hosts! We have tried other homes in Punta Mita, but we alway come back to their homes.. they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a perfect as it can be! Their homes are always clean and their staff is always very accommodating as well. I highly recommend their homes for a spectacular visit to Punta Mita!

Fantastic Place & Fantastic Host

This is our second year staying at El Encanto 501. It's a large, beautiful home with lovely landscaping and views of the lake on the adjacent golf course. Daily housekeeping keeps it spotless. Georgina was always available for assistance and is very helpful. The Punta Mita beach club amenities are fabulous. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. We hope to come back again in the future.
