The Space:

Terrazas P23 is thoughtfully designed to offer the perfect balance of comfort, functionality, and relaxed luxury. Featuring two master suites and a bunk room ideal for children or a nanny, this residence is perfectly suited for families or small groups for up to 6 guests seeking a seamless Punta Mita experience.



The gourmet kitchen invites effortless home-style dining, while the private terrace, complete with a grill and wet bar, is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. From nearly every corner, guests can take in lush golf course views, treetop panoramas, and glimpses of the ocean in the distance.



The residence is fully equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, and satellite TV, ensuring comfort and connectivity throughout your stay. Guests also enjoy access to two beautiful on-site pools connected by a 160-meter canal, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.



Master Bedroom:

A spacious primary suite featuring a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and in-room safe. Equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for maximum comfort.

Bedroom 2:

Well-appointed with two Queen beds, a full bathroom, and a comfortable lounge chair, along with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room):

Designed for additional guests or children, featuring two twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, and air conditioning.



Included with Your Stay:

- Daily housekeeping service (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM).

Guest Access:

As a guest of Terrazas P23, you will enjoy a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the community.



This **Punta Mita Premier Golf membership** includes access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, each set along stunning beachfront locations and offering full restaurant service, all available to vacation rental guests.



In addition, you will have access to two exceptional Jack Nicklaus–designed golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, as well as the Tennis Center, Fitness Center (Available from 12:00pm - 6:00pm), and over four miles of scenic walking and jogging trails throughout Punta Mita. (Additional costs apply)



**Access Fees**

Please note that access to Punta Mita amenities is subject to a one-time Access Fee per guest, per stay. This fee is established by the Punta Mita community and is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified.



The Neighborhood:

From Terrazas P23, you're just minutes from exclusive beach clubs, fine dining, tennis courts, and two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses. Everything is designed for a seamless and elevated stay.



Getting Around:

We recommend booking private transportation from the airport for a smooth and comfortable arrival. Once inside Punta Mita, getting around by golf cart is the easiest and most enjoyable way to discover its beaches, restaurants, and clubs.



Other Things to Note:

A security deposit equivalent to $1,500 US or $30,000 MXN is required as a pre-authorization hold on the guest’s credit card upon arrival.



Cancellation policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund.

3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.

Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out.

Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity.

Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property.

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level.

Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.

Eating is not allowed in the pool.

Do not put food in the bedrooms.

No climbing on the couches with shoes on

No pets allowed.
