Excellent stay

We traveled with 4 kids and two adults and place was so spacious. All communication leading up to our stay was timely, Check-In was easy and overall our stay was amazing. A highly recommend this unit. We'll be back!

Perfectly located property & Great communication

This location was perfect for our group. We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and ability to easily accommodate our fairly large group. The place was clean, well kept, with great communication from the owner. Definitely on our list for future visits and highly recommend!

Great Winter Break Getaway

The property manager is wonderful. Always quick to respond and helpful in booking restaurants, experiences, etc. The place is big, clean and nicely laid out. I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time!

Great Stay

Punta Mita was amazing, and this property was just as described. Great check in process, access to beautiful pools. It was a great family vacation. Daily housekeeping was great! If you have small children one thing to be mindful about is the stairs. We had a baby gate that was helpful.

Great Experience

The property was great and wonderful for our family. Punta Mita was so nice. The condo comes with access to the beach clubs, which were amazing. Maria, with the concierge service, was so helpful and provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Note: top bunk does not have railing and the stairs are a little tricky for a group traveling with young kids.

Amazing property!

This place was as expected and more! First the entire process from start to finish was efficient. Connection to the concierge (Pedro) made life so easy. He was quick to reach out and respond and was there for every need we had. The house was as advertised and was stunningly beautiful. Daily cleaning service was a perkI didn’t know I would enjoy as much as I did. We will definitely be back!

Disappointing

From pools of water from leaking A/C units, to a safe that never worked, to a 25 year old golf cart that broke down, to a patio so full of bugs it wasn’t useable (don’t go out with coffee without covering it) to a manager who charged fees upon fees, the worst VRBO we have experienced. Disappointing.

Perfect getaway in Punta Mita

Our family and friends had a wonderful time in Punta Mita, and enjoyed our stay at Las Terrazas. This unit works great for a large group. We utilized 4 rooms all with private bathrooms for our adult group. There was an additional room which included large bunk beds and a private bath that we did not need to use. This unit has a fantastic location and a great golf cart. We were greeted by the property manager, Pedro, who was very polite and took care of all of our needs throughout our stay. He checked in with us each day and answered all texts. He made additional arrangements for us for transportation etc. as needed. Our daily house cleaner prepared for us a beautiful welcome gift including margaritas, chips, homemade salsa and guacamole which was delicious. Our water heater did break down during our stay, but maintenance had a new replacement by the end of the day. The unit has a beautiful and spacious deck with views which accommodates many people. Very nice lounge furniture, outdoor teak dining table and chairs, and a barbeque is perfect. It does have a fire pit which is noted on the VRBO listing but it does not work. We were disappointed by that. The property manager indicates it has not worked for quite awhile so be aware of that going into your trip. Overall, we loved the unit and would return to stay there. We highly recommend it and found it to be a good value compared to neighboring prices.

This condo was spectacular! The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s huge and spacious with beautiful living spaces both indoor and out. We lived using the pool at the building and had easy access to beach clubs as well. Will definitely be coming back here!
