Enjoy the Terrace at a few feet from the swimming pool, visit 5 beach clubs
Ground Floor Unit of nearly 4,000 Square feet, including an extensive covered terrace, and exclusive pergola patio. Immediate access to the swimming pool.
Open Kitchen, Dining and Living area with fully recessing glass terrace doors offers exceptional indoor/outdoor entertaining space.
Amenities include a Premier membership which allows access to multiple beach clubs such as the Hacienda de Mita Beach club, the Resident's Beach club and the Kupuri beach club. There is secure surfboard storage at the Hacienda de Mita Beach club that you can use for the duration of your stay.
Three Bedrooms plus maid quarters and 4.5 baths provides sleeping accommodation for up to 8 guests.
PROXIMITY TO TOWN:
Guests of Hacienda de Mita are provided with secure pedestrian access to restaurant row in the town proper of Punta Mita. Less than a 5 minute walk to all the local popular restaurants, shops and activities.
INCLUDED SERVICES:
Outdoor BBQ, UV filtered tap water and baby equipment when necessary.
Concierge services and daily housekeeping is included except Sundays

Perfect Place In Punta de Mita

This property was fantastic. Located right in the gates and easy access to all the beach clubs and town. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Max the concierge was attentive and helpful reserving, transportation, outings, babysitter and golf cart rental (KEY TO THE STAY). We will definitely be back and highly recommend this unit!!!

Incredible property in paradise

This property and our experience with the staff exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, well maintained and a great size for two families with kids. The outdoor patio was huge and well appointed for hanging out. Having a pool for the property to share was great and the location was close to town and all the beach clubs. Max, our concierge, was fantastic. He communicates regularly, reminded us of bookings and managed our questions and requests. The housekeepers were lively and very detailed. We highly recommend this property!

Great vacation property

We had a great vacation at HDM702! The condo itself is very large, with enough space for 2 families (8 people). There is a very large kitchen, indoor dining area, and a very large patio with outdoor dining possibilities. Max, our concierge, was very responsive via email and text, and helped us organize a lot of logistics (transfer from / to airport, babysitters, golf cart, etc) before our arrival. The home cleaning service is great, and they left the condo spotless every day. The condo has a pool just outside the patio, and there is a private beach club a short 2 minute walk away. There are also 4 other beach clubs that you get access to, which are all 5-10 minute golf cart ride away. We spent most of the days at those beach clubs, which have pools, beach access and bars / restaurants. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay at HDM702.

An amazing place

We really enjoyed the place. Wish we would have stayed longer. Our concierge, Max, was great. What is neat about this place is it is an easy walk to town. The accommodations were gorgeous. Two downsides that I see is 1)it does not have a golf cart. We requested one, but it was not available. Unless you are BIG walkers, I recommend a golf cart. 2) The cleaners would come in at 10am everyday and just start right in cleaning with you being there, this can be a bit unsettling, not sure if you arrange to have them come later.
