INDOORS:

Casa Pequeña is warm and cozy while being fully functional. Inside you’ll find a queen bed plus a dinette that converts into a cozy double. The indoor space is comfy but, it's all about the outdoor space! We have designed both indoor and outdoor spaces to allow you to fully open your heart and connect with the desert in an unimaginable way with an experience you will never forget, and long to return too.

FEATURES:

Casa Pequeña is completely equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, TV, DVD player, indoor / outdoor sound system, shower, toilet, furnace, camping chairs, lights, BBQ, hot water and more but, this is all about camping and the outdoor experience… which is nothing short of amazing! Oh, and did we mention all of that is completely solar powered and eco friendly?!



OFF GRID:

Casa Pequeña is very well equipped yet extremely hi-tech running completely "off grid" with the latest in solar technology... You would be hard pressed to find another rental so well appointed with such a small environmental footprint.

JT Village Campground is located in a private, completely fenced and secure campground with room for you to roam or just chill by a cozy campfire. BBQ and roast marshmallows just steps away from the trailer! There is tons of room for parking and again, the entire campground is 100% fenced and gated for your privacy and security.



Unlike most RV / camper rentals in the area which are illegal, JT Village Campground is a legally permitted campground with the county of San Bernardino following all environmental and county rules and regulations. There are four other campsites on the 2.5 acre property so you may have some neighbors but sites are few and spaced far apart.



PLEASE NOTE:

This is an RV trailer, not a house. This is a glamping experience that may require a little patience: hot water may take a few minutes to kick in, the oven requires a lighter to ignite, there’s no A/C, etc. We’ve made everything as user-friendly as possible, and we’re just a call or text away if you need anything!



SHARED CAMPGROUND:

You’ll be sharing the campground with other happy desert visitors. We are a small, respectful glamping community with Sol & Sotosha. Please bring good vibes only!



FIRE PIT:

You are welcome to use the fire pit. Firewood is available for sale onsite. Outdoor fires are prohibited when winds exceed 5 MPH. Never leave a fire unattended!



BBQ:

Charcoal is available for purchase. BBQ utensils are provided for guest use.



FAMILY:

We are family-friendly! No infants allowed. Children 2 years old and up must be included in the guest count. Please note the RV is not childproof (no outlet covers, steps, etc.).



NO PETS:

Pets are not allowed in this unit. (We have other RVs that are pet-friendly if needed.)



ENCLOSED FENCE:

The campground is fully enclosed, but wildlife may still pass through. Always supervise children and belongings.



NO OUTDOOR MUSIC:

Sound carries far in the desert. No outdoor amplified music or Bluetooth speakers at any time. Low-volume music from your phone is allowed outside. Indoors, feel free to play music with doors closed.



GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:

Please be respectful—quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in cancellation without refund.



WIFI:

We have the fastest WiFi available in the area (15mbps), but due to our remote location, speeds may vary based on neighborhood bandwidth, weather, and other factors.



PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:

Interested in a shoot? Please get prior approval. A licensing fee may apply for commercial use. (Personal social media posts are welcome!)



WILDLIFE:

You’re guaranteed to encounter desert wildlife like quail, coyotes, rabbits, albino lizards, snakes, and kangaroo mice. Please respect their home!



NO SMOKING:

This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking must be at least 15 feet away from any open doors. No cigarette butts left on the property—they harm wildlife. $250 fee for violations.



CLEANING:

Health and safety are our top priorities. Our team follows CDC and WHO cleaning protocols to sanitize before each arrival. No early check-ins or late check-outs are possible.



HOT WATER:

Hot water may not be available during winter months due to frozen pipes.



NO TV CHANNELS:

Our RV TVs are DVD-only. No cable or live TV service.



LACK OF CELLULAR COVERAGE:

Expect limited cell service. It’s the perfect chance to unplug and connect with nature!



House Rules

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER:

After booking, guests must complete verification through TRUVI and either:



Submit a $500 refundable deposit (minus a $15 fee), or



Pay a $25 non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to $500).

A TRUVI text will be sent for verification, which must be completed before check-in.



CHECK-IN FORM:

Guests must complete a Check-in Form with our rental terms and submit a photo ID matching the card on file. Please ensure all payments are completed beforehand.



AGREEMENT:

Guests may be required to sign a short-term rental agreement before arrival.



[General House Rules]



1.No Extra Guests:

Reservation guest count must match occupancy. Some RVs have a $50/night fee per extra guest over 4.

2.No Early Check-in/Late Check-out:

Check-in: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Strict cleaning protocols require on-time departures.

3.No Pets:

No exceptions for this unit.



4.No Smoking or Candles:

Outdoor smoking only, 15 feet away from doors. $250 violation fee.

5.Quiet Hours:

No outdoor noise from 10 PM to 8 AM.

6.Keep Doors Closed:

Protect against wildlife entering the RV.

7.Photoshoots:

Commercial shoots require prior approval. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8.No Events:

No parties, weddings, or group events without approval.

9.Maintenance Access:

Vendors may access the property for maintenance during your stay.

10.No Glitter/Confetti:

Decorations must be removed at check-out. No glitter or confetti allowed.

11.Family Policy:

Children aged 2+ must be included. RVs are not childproof.

12.Shared Campground:

Enjoy the space respectfully with your fellow Glampers.

13.Cleanliness:

Excessive mess results in a $500 cleaning fee.

14.Internet Use:

No illegal or abusive activity. WiFi speeds can vary.

15.Code Enforcement:

Guests must respond to code enforcement calls within 30 minutes to avoid a $1,000 fine.

16.Rescheduling:

Handled per our cancellation policy. Changes less than 15 days before check-in require cancel/rebook.

17.Security Cameras:

Monitors the driveway entrance and corners only—no cameras inside or in private areas.

18.Parking:

1 car per 2 guests. Please use designated parking areas.

19.Damages:

Please report any breakages immediately. Unreported damages incur a $100+ fee per item.

20.Travel Insurance:

We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events.



Failure to follow House Rules may result in cancellation without refund and/or loss of deposit.
