This home sits inside a very tranquil and quiet building surrounded by lush tropical gardens and featuring a heated pool and Jacuzzi—a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city.



The condo maintains its original warmth and classic style, offering a cozy, functional, and spacious layout perfect for couples, friends traveling together, or extended stays. And although you’ll be just steps from restaurants, cafés, beaches, and nightlife, the building remains wonderfully calm and serene.

We had an amazing stay in Puerto Vallarta and would absolutely come back to this property again. The management team was very responsive and handled a minor issue right away, which we really appreciated—it was resolved quickly and professionally.The location is perfect, just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to great restaurants and bars, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and we felt safe throughout our entire stay.The condo is well-equipped with everything you’d need if you want to cook and stay in, which is always a plus. There is some nearby construction noise, but that’s pretty typical in a growing city like Puerto Vallarta and didn’t take away from our overall experience.The beds are on the firmer side, which seems common in the area, but there were plenty of extra blankets and towels to make things more comfortable. One small suggestion would be adding blackout curtains in the master bedroom, as it gets quite bright early in the morning. The pool was a highlight, beautiful and rarely crowded, which made it especially relaxing.Overall, we had a fantastic time, and this property played a big part in that. Can’t wait to return!
