From the moment we found this booking we decided to stay in this area which was different from our usual trips to Puerto Vallarta. Claus was very helpful from the start and through the very end of our stay. We hope to get the chance to come back and stay here again.

We had a great stay at Villa Europa. The pictures do not quite convey the gorgeous views and the wonderfully multi-level living. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities, the beds were comfortable, the WIFI very good and the water pressure amazing. But our highest praise goes to Claus who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in this Villa. A central location, it is easy to walk to beach and most of PV but you also feel like you’re in a true neighborhood. Claus is an excellent host. We will stay again!

Claus was amazing and super helpful. The house is bigger then it looks online and has lots of places to sit and gather and eat and the kitchen has a blender that worked amazing. 5 stars out of 5 loved every minute spent here

Well equipped and very spacious Villa, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Claus, the owner, very helpful and accommodating, nice views from the two terraces and would definitely stay here again. Chef available if you require dishes prepared and cooked for you on site ! Wonderful property

We stayed at this property for 10 days in November 2023 and had a wonderful time. The property is large and beautiful and the location is fantastic. We walked to the beach, malecon and restaurants daily with ease. We felt safe and secure in the house and the neighbourhood. I highly recommend this property. Owners were wonderful to us.

The house was fantastic. The owner greeted us personally after keeping track of our flight into PV. He explained how everything works, had a thorough folder with a lot of great suggestions, and clear instructions for the rental process. We would 100% choose the house again for any travels to PV where my family lives!

Amazing Views & home

We stayed at Villa Europa for 8 days and our stay there was amazing. This home has about 5 floors, with a pool & hot tub. The views of the city & ocean from the top floor were breathtaking! The neighborhood has delicious restraunts & cute coffee shops just walking distance. Claus was a very nice, welcoming, & attentive host. The big hill leading to the house makes walking impractical

Well, David, as you say: "Beautiful view". In Vallarta you can have a view only, when the property is located above others. The well paved street with a practical sidewalk is leading up on a short block - otherwise no view! Sorry, that we are not able to install an elevator at common area. We are happy that you loved our house.

We had an absolutely incredible experience staying at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. Communication was clear and responsive, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We’ve stayed here before and loved it, but this time was even more exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Such a great stay in Claus' home!We immediately felt right at home in this spacious 3 bedroom home on the hill. Great views from both terraces! Only 1 hill to climb. And very close to everything. We had family come to visit, and everyone had their own space. Highly recommend!! We are coming back

We all had super fun stay in Puerto Vallarta, the villa Europa was a beautiful home 5 min walk to the beach with amazing views. The home was fully equipped with everything you would need! The filterd water in the kitchen was great! There was a excellent restaurant across the street with a little market super convenient!! Would recommend your property to family and friends or anyone who would like to stay in a beautiful home in the heart of PV!Thank you hope to make it back again soon!!

It was 6 of us total. 4 adults 1 teen and 1 child. It was a great time. The house is amazing, with a great location. We loved all the amenities and the privacy. It was really clean and had everything you needed. The host are very friendly and super responsive. I would stay there again.

Beautiful house in a great location

My family and I were absolutely impressed by this property that includes a beautiful view over Puerto Vallarta, a swimming pool and even a Jacuzzi. The location is perfect because it is a walking distance from the beach, a fish market and great roof top restaurants. The owner went beyond expectations to make our stay confortable and had great recommendations for doing activities within and outside Puerto Vallarta. We hired a driver to go to San Pancho then Sayulita and it was the highlight of our stay. We highly recommend this property for a stay in Puerto Vallarta and around.
