The Location & Atmosphere: The unit is in a fantastic spot, within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. While the front of the property is a quiet neighborhood, potential guests should note that the back borders a Circle K gas station. During our stay, this resulted in a heavy sheriff presence and some local noise (speeding and disruptions), though this may have been due to the busy season.The Property: The unit was clean, but some basic amenities were difficult to locate, suggesting a need for better organization between guests. We also noted a few maintenance needs: ripped dining chair covers, a missing kitchen cabinet pull, and broken ice trays. Additionally, there were only two beach chairs and no umbrella as advertised; we purchased and left two extra chairs for the next guests.Management: Communication was initially very difficult, requiring a call to VRBO to get a response. However, once we connected with Mark, he was very pleasant and helpful, providing his direct line for the remainder of our stay.
