What can be said: this an unbelievable top floor condo where the elevator delivers you to your spacious living room with 360 views of Lake Michigan and Bay Harbor. Kitchen and bar are beautiful and well appointed.Beds are primo, bathrooms luxurious. Walk to pool, workout room, beach, coffee shop, restaurants, ice cream shop. Bravo!

Pros: incredible views, great location, well-appointed. Cons: the elevator (and there’s nothing management can do as we contacted them) - since the elevator opens directly into this penthouse unit, you can hear the elector’s high pitch beep every time it opens on any of the five floors in the building all day and night long. And one time, we called the elevator and were surprised to see a whole group of people standing there as they could see directly into the unit.

Hi Andrea. I'm thrilled that you liked the location, the views and the level of finish to this sophisticated Penthouse. I apologize for the safety toning that you could hear during your stay coming from the elevator. After a few more visits from Otis Elevator, we finally got them to turn off the loudest part of the toning leaving the mandatory, hearing impaired protocol in place. I only wish that this could have been addressed quicker during your stay. I will be reaching out to you via phone to further address your future stays at Village Suites Bay Harbor. Gorgeous unit and property.The views are spectacular and our family enjoyed the pool as well.It was a luxurious amazing stay overall.The host was helpful and gracious.The only critique is that the elevator opens directly into our unit and there is no way to secure this.We did have an employee come up to the apartment while we were there.He was apologetic but I did not care for that at all because they are instantly in your space.A solution for that insecurity in the unit would be appropriate.I would stay here against but for sure would want some type of security measure (beyond you need the correct unit key for the elevator)

The only comment is that whom ever is cleaning your condo is not up to a normal standard. Example: There was dust everywhere and on the top of the headboard was 1/2 inch of dust. I could go on but, you get the idea. Otherwise, what a fabulous condo. Definitely will be in contact for more dates. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. D
