Dog-Friendly with Fenced Yard: Bring up to two dogs! The fenced yard makes it easy and safe for pets to enjoy the stay too.

Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): King bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan, closet, dresser.
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan, closet, dresser.
Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): Queen bed plus two bunk beds with full futons/twin mattresses, Roku TV, closet, dresser.

Bathrooms
Downstairs Bathroom: Dual sinks, shower, bidet with warm water/air, towels, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Upstairs Bathroom: Dual sinks, separate toilet room, tub/shower combo, towels, and toiletries.

Amenities
Roslyn Pines is designed for comfort, relaxation, and adventure. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, a cozy gas fireplace, hot tub, fire pit, washer/dryer, and a large entertaining deck.

Kitchen
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and entertaining: pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, serviceware, double oven, wine fridge, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, and toaster.
Pantry basics such as spices, oil, foil, plastic wrap, popcorn, sugar, and non-dairy creamer are provided.
Coffee Station: Dual carafe/K-Cup coffee maker with ground coffee, K-cups, filters, tea, cocoa, sugar, and non-dairy creamer.

Family Friendly
We provide 2 stair gates, a high chair, and a pack ’n play with fitted sheet, making the home comfortable for families traveling with kids.

Pet Friendly
Up to 2 friendly dogs are welcome. The fenced yard keeps pets safe, and we provide waste bags, bowls, treats, and a leash.
A $50 pet fee per reservation applies.

Roslyn Ridge Activity Center
Just a short walk away, the RRAC features a large pool, splash pad, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, BBQ area, and gym.
Entry is $10 per day, paid directly to the facility. Open Memorial Day–Labor Day (dates may vary).

Security
Exterior cameras monitor the front driveway and front doorbell for safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.
