Superbe nouveau chalet de luxe de 2 chambres à 300 pieds du parc de la plage de Poipu

Ce cottage de style plantation hawaïenne conçu sur mesure est situé juste à côté de la plage de Brennecke du parc de Poipu Beach, à 100 pas de la plage!

Cette maison spacieuse a été conçue et construite en 2013 pour être la retraite de vacances idéale - son style de plantation lui permet de se fondre dans le quartier historique, tout en offrant tout le luxe moderne. L'extérieur est un espace barbecue, une douche de jardin accessible depuis la salle de bain principale ou de l'extérieur, et sous l'arbre Plumeria est un spa spa paysager de 5 personnes. Profitez des 2 suites principales avec lits king-size moelleux, téléviseurs à écran plat, baignoire sur piédestal et douche de jardin extérieure, et laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal pleine grandeur. La grande pièce à aire ouverte s'ouvre sur la grande véranda avec 22 pieds de portes pliantes de 8 pieds de haut, et les murs de 9 1/2 pieds de haut, les plafonds voûtés, les grandes fenêtres à double battant et les ventilateurs de plafond gardent l'endroit frais et frais. La cuisine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur à porte pleine grandeur, d'un lave-vaisselle silencieux, d'une cuisinière à gaz, d'un garde-manger walk-in, de comptoirs en granit, de rayonnages ouverts et entièrement approvisionné (même avec une presse française!). Le système audio à travers le salon ainsi que la véranda sont configurés pour regarder la télévision avec son surround, écouter Pandora, ou vous pouvez écouter sans fil votre propre collection de musique depuis votre smartphone. We just loved this cottage! The location was excellent and just steps from a few beaches. There wasn’t a lot of traffic on the street so it was quiet. Brent was responsive to our questions and made our stay worry-free. The king size beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. The bathrooms were roomy as well. We ate meals and relaxed on the lanai. We would most definitely stay here again!

Loved our month at this beautiful beach cottage. The home is beautiful and perfectly laid out for 2 couples. Nice high end finishes and amenities to make the stay comfortable. WOW! We knew of this space from my Brother's Wedding in 2019. My aunt stayed here and we hadn't stopped thinking about it since. Brent was extremely responsive with all of my questions. He and Karen built such an oasis of a property in Poipu/Koloa. He didn't realize he ended up hosting the trip of a lifetime for my now fiancé and I. We arrived and shortly thereafter, I was proposed to on the cliffs of Shipwrecks beach! The rest of the week was a dream. Waking up each morning and walking down to the water for a quick dip to watch the sunrise, snacks Brennecke's and Puka Dog. We did a lot of exploring and driving on the island, this was a great place to return back to each night. This House is dialed with a massive kitchen and such special features. There's a stereo system, Apple TVs in all rooms. The outdoor shower and two other locations for washing feet off from the beach is a MUST! The Hot Tub was freshly cleaned as we arrived as well. Brent left an extensive binder of FAQ/Things To Do, which I greatly appreciated. I have been coming to Kauai since I was a kid, but always loving learning what locals prefer. Book the flights, book your stay here. You won't regret it. Mahalo again and again, Brent!

This property was amazing. From the location and proximity to Poipu Beach, to the design and amenities, we couldn’t have found a better place to stay during our trip to to Kauai.Besides the beach that lay just steps away from the house, the covered porch tended to be the place where we spent the most time. With the accordion doors open, and the ocean breeze, it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our getaway.

Beautiful home and location

Our stay at the beach cottage was wonderful. The home is beautiful, thoughtfully furnished and is so close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space, the air conditioned bedrooms and the outdoor shower. There are enough boogie boards for the whole family, which we used daily at the beach. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Kauai.

Aloha! Brent, originally from Oregon, and I (Karen) originally from Ohio, both moved to Kauai in the early 1980's (when we were too young to know any better) met, fell in love, got married, and have been here ever since. With my design background and Brent being a general contractor, we began Olson Homes Inc. which is a design/build firm specializing in custom homes here on the south side. We live in Kalaheo, but ever since I came here and fell in love with Kauai, I dreamed of having a little place in Poipu, near the beach. I never thought it would happen, but this property kind of fell in our laps and my dream came true! And we set out to build our perfect beach cottage. We named it Ke'ola, 'the life', because we feel it represents the amazing quality of life that Kauai has to offer. Karen is a plein air (outdoor) painter, and you can see her work at www.kauaipainter.com.
