Wake up to breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views to the south and gorgeous Bogue Sound panoramas to the north—water views from every direction! Enjoy your morning coffee or sunsets on expansive wraparound decks that capture the coastal breezes and endless ocean views. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is located on the 2nd row with ocean views, offering 2 primary suites, a bunk room with a TW, Full & TW trundle & TW daybed for additional guests.

We are happy to offer self-check-in for your convenience, but we are also available for any questions or concerns throughout your stay. Feel free to message us anytime, and we will respond quickly. We live and work in the areas, in case of emergency, we are just a phone call away!

You will be in the heart of Atlantic Beach, NC. We will send you a digital guidebook with some of our favorite locations, but some places to eat, drink & visit nearby are: Fort Macon, Oceana Pier & boardwalk, Atlantic Beach town park, the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. To eat, Amos Mosquitos, The Crabs Claw and 4 corners for breakfast!

The property includes two large decks, an elevator, and an outdoor shower for your convenience. Private free parking, and beach access just across the street, you’re never far from the sand and surf

The penthouse is a great place for a family to stay at the beach. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and very clean. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of dishes, glasses , silverware, pots and pans and appliances. Our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My family and I highly recommend this home with beach views.

The penthouse is a wonderful property that offers a specious and relaxing environment. While not officially ‘oceanfront’ you get excellent ocean views and direct and easy access. This property is very well stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware..and a spice drawer that rivals anything at home! We loved the spacious living and dining areas..perfect for our group. Plus, Naomi was great with communication and a very welcoming host! It was a fabulous week. We look forward to returning next year!

The Penthouse was great for our recent trip to Atlantic Beach. The proximity to the beach was perfect for our group. The Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would ever need at home, let alone a vacation rental. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, and a massive spice drawer for all our cooking needs. The house was incredibly clean upon check-in and even had several welcome snacks! We felt at home the moment we walked in.The space is well laid out for a group to be able to spread out and still feel connected. The decks offered incredible views down the beach to Emerald Isle and Cape Lookout on clear days. The elevator was very helpful in getting our luggage and supplies up to the space.Naomi and Regina are great hosts and were very attentive to our questions. We had a little hiccup during our stay, but they were attentive and worked with us to find solutions in a timely manner. Hats off to them for their hard work!We will definitely consider the Penthouse for a future stay!
